I highly recommend this company.. they give you options and evaluate the job and keep you informed about it as they were doing it..could of made it a bigger job just to get more money but just fixed what needed to be done.. appreciated that.. and people working there are awesome from Nicholas and secretary who helped me and funny nice Chris I ..they were careful of furniture they had to pass with tools and buckets and wall cover etc but always made sure they didn’t bang it.. and even watched that my dog was around..loved them.. I hope I never need them again but if I do that is who I will call..Thanks RCC

Someone came in to check crawl space and exterior, took measurements etc. I was supposed to receive a quote, never heard anything back.

I had a leak in my basement and called RCC to come and diagnos the problem. I did research on the internet and found great reviews on this company that has been in business for over 100 years. The next day Nicolas Theodorace waterproofing consultant arrived at my door. He was very friendly and professional and diagnosed three cracks in my foundation. He quoted a very resonable price for the repair, less than I thought it would cost and I agreed to the work being done. About a week later I met Jeffery and his crew who were also very friendly and professional. The four man crew took down the fence on each side of my house and even moved my garden shed. They hand dug down to the weeping tiles and did the repairs and then replaced the fence on both sides of my house and the garden shed. They did this in about seven hours or less, they worked like machines, I was so impressed by thier work ethic. I would not hesitate to recomend RCC to all of my family and friends and anyone with a wet basement. There is a reason this company has been in business for over 100 years and it is the people like Nicolas and Jeffery and his crew.

The guys just finished work on our property which only took them one day to do. Our foundation has been fixed and time will tell if its going to leak again. Just looking at the waterproofing process that was done, I think that we will be more than fine from here on out. This team was professional and followed the process to the tee. Great job RCC crew.

Even with the times being the way they are right now, RCC Waterproofing remained open and was able to come to our home and fix our basement. We had them do some underpinning in preparation for us selling our home and they did a fantastic job. They followed Covid safety procedures even. George was instrumental in getting this waterproofing done. It was at 30 ft of waterproofing that need to get done and he was able to coordinate everything along with Roger and crew doing the digging and parging. It was a team effort. Everything was done flawlessly and I am very happy with the results :)

The work done by this group of gentleman is astounding. George was also a great person to work with through the process as he made it simplified. Waterproofing with these guys was easy and we are going to have them come back at some point to do the interior of our basement as well. Pricing was very reasonable too. An underpinning job was done with RCC over a couple of months and they did a good job. They emphasized making sure the place was structurally sound and worked with all the paperwork in mind. The job was not cheap but RCC was willing to work with us on the price and they offered us a competitive price. Thank you to all the RCC staff for the job and we recommend them if you need anything basement related done.

RCC has great pricing that was very competitive with the other companies. The thing that sold me was the lifetime warranty. When the crew members came to do the work, I knew we made the right decision just based on their friendly demeanors and work ethic. Overall a very good experience.

If it wasn't for RCC Waterproofing, I would be up to my armpits in water in my basement. They were so efficient and professional when they came to fix my leak in the basement, I couldn't believe it! The first RCC came out was for a sump pump replacement and they did a fantastic job. Then a couple months later they came and waterproofed one wall of our exterior and again did a fantastic job. Their workmanship was top notch both times and the crew members were a pleasure to work with. RCC is a great company and earned full marks with me.

RCC Waterproofing is the best. We called, got in touch with George, and he assessed that if we get a new sump pump, we will have no more issues with water in our basement. So we hired the guys to install one of their sump pumps they offer. Thanks alot guys. Your crew has great customer service.

We sort of knew what it would take to get this job done but after everything was priced out, we would have been foolish to pass up on letting RCC do the work for us. Its been a nightmare try to stop these leaks. The rain has really been nasty this year and last year and we admittedly didn't have proper drainage. We learned a lot about properly redirecting water through RCC and through George who was very knowledgeable about the subject. They also told us about how they planned on waterproofing our foundation and we learned a lot about it. RCC was great and we cant recommend them enough. We will definitely call them again if we ever need anything else done on the house.

Finally leak free. I guess they really mean third time is the charm. We had a company come out to do a fix in 2015 and another one to fix the same leak in 2016. We got the leak again so this time we went with RCC who offers a lifetime warranty and voila they fixed it. Its been some time and we got a call from RCC as a follow up call. I don't want to jinx it but so far we are reporting no water. Thanks so much RCC.

The leak seems to be fixed. George called us to follow up and happy to report there have been no leaks. Great job RCC. I have no complaints about the team and quality of work.

Great service! They were quick and efficient work on the front of the house and installing a new sump pump. They brough the big excavators to make the work quicker. Those big orange machines dug up the side of the house and the crew got busy waterproofing. It was great to see unfold. Im happy with the way everything turned out of course the best part is no leaks. Stellar work RCC Waterproofing.
