We recently had waterproofing work done along with a new sump pump installation by Roy’s crew, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Our home is older, so we decided to do the waterproofing as a preventative measure — especially with the heavier rain Toronto has been getting lately. The repairs have held up great, even after the big melt and rain event we had recently.

Before the work began, Den did a very thorough walkthrough of the property, clearly explained the plan, and provided a detailed quote before scheduling the crew. Den and Roy’s crew were punctual, professional, and very detail-oriented, and they completed the job on time. They also kept the workspace clean throughout the project and took the time to answer our questions. You can tell they take pride in what they do.

Was very happy with the work done by rcc waterproofing. The supervisor was Den and the work was performed by Adrian and his crew. They worked very hard and were pleasant to deal with. I would have no problem recommending them to anybody needing their services.

I have a dehumidifier running in my basement 24/7. Before RCC came to waterproof my house, I had to empty the dehumidifier twice a day. After, I empty it every other week! So, I KNOW they have done an excellent job.

Originally connected with Joe at RCC who provided me with a quote and he took the time to explain the scope of work and answer all my question. There was no pressure to sign or perform work immediately to “lock in price”. Once ready to move forward, I contacted Joe again his office handles the rest.

On day of work to happen the crew arrived on time (Jan 2nd) and were great!
They were efficient, respectful and kept me in the know.
Originally, I thought work would take 2 days to complete but the crew stayed late and completed the work in 1 day which allowed me to use my walkway the following day.
