I am so not impressed at this present time with your customer service. I work in retail and this morning, I am actually trying to locate a product for an elderly customer at his request. Twice now I've called for the health & beauty dep't only to be put on hold for SEVERAL minutes. Obviously there was no coverage in this dep't. I called a third time to speak to a manager, feeling that this would be my opportunity to speak to someone about this and perhaps receive the help I required. Once again, I was put on hold for an extended period of time. I don't find this acceptable and once again, I am truly not impressed. Thank you for your time.
