Better customer service please ! The debit machine said accepted for my wifes purchases your system said declined the money came out of my account and your manager told me its the banks problem so no money no food no thanks I guess I will be shopping at a food bank today because it apparently could take 30 days for an investigation to refund me and thats why you get ONE star

Today after doing my shopping at the st james walmart @ sargent in wpg man I went out into the parking lot and noticed a dog in obviouse distress in a locked car , sun blareing down . I ran back into the stores customer service desk and asked that the owner be alerted via intercom system, I was shocked and disturbed by the staffs reaction that of oh well I don't want to get involved,after waiting for any kind of announcement I went back to the customer service office were the manager and a cple other people were giggling away and basicly pleaded for help for this suffocateing dog finaly a very faint asking the owner of the provided lic plate no come to the desk for a message 10 min later the dog was still suffering no one had even heard the announcement it was so vague and unimportant sounding . I will be reposting this on my webpage and reporting to the aspca. walmart supports animal cruelty (sounds like a good headline)do you stop being human just cause yr at work jerks

I stood beside a printer for 10 minuets, the 3 man staff looked at me and did not move, I left after one of them came to me after helping another customer who came into the department after me . I complained to two staff members , one said she would talk to the 3 men the other said mmm and walked away. 5 Wallmart staff and still no service pretty good eh, I went home and calmed downa a bit and called the store, talked to an assistant manager I guess, told her what happenned and would she talk to the store manager and get back to me. 8 days later and still waiting, Don't worry folks Wallmart is so big whats a printer worth

This lady, a cashier in the pharmacy at Upper James (I don't want to mention name)was engaged in a long conversation with a person that she apparently knows, ignoring many people in line; When I approached politely to ask one question, she reacted cowardly, calling me rude for interrupting, shouting at me and warning me never to try again. I felt being treated like a 2 years old in front of the people who appeared very astonished. I will never visit that Pharmacy ever again. That was the worse customer service I ever experienced in my 21 years in Canada

This department is very professional but the issue is always the wait when you arrive to drop off a prescription. Far too often I stand there and wait although I am the only person there. Time is money for you and I so please hire another person to improve your customer service. When people arrive to drop off a prescription they should be greeted immediately.

I use to like going to the old Upper James Walmart. It was a good size. The merchandise was plentiful. It was part of a mall. You could go from one end to another in inclement weather as well. Now for the no car people we like to kill our self when the weather is slippery out side. Then you get there And can't find what we need. You ask for help from workers, all they can say is "We are out of item" Come back we may get though the week. Don't get me wrong, I like the place, but the place is not big enough anymore. We have to learn from our mistakes, don't fix it if it is not broken. We live in Canada, 10 months of the year it's cold. We need more Malls not a small box here and there. They took away Center Mall. I don't go there any more. You moved the one in East Gate What is next! I haven't gone to the New one, because there again, To far from Barton Street.Lots of walking to get there. What where you thinging?????

I love saving money and I do plenty of that when I shop at WalMart. The service is great, and I find employees are always smiling! I like that. Awsome selection of goods to choose from in every department to. Something for everyone. THANK YOU WalMart!
