There was 3 people home when my daughter's package was delivered. But did not receive knock or ring door bell. When I went out to walk our dog just before 3pm, saw notice left at 2:40pm that "we missed you". Now have to go to Burnaby to pick up parcel. But office is only opened until 6pm which means my daughter won't be able to pick it up. Plus they don't open on weekends. What kind of service is this. Will definitely never use Purolator again. Come on, doesn't the company realize it's year 2016 and not the dark ages. Should be more flexible in office hours.

Dont EVER EVER request Purolator for delivery. I live in Caulfeild , West Van, As per the other writer, the Purolator delivery guy vaporized in 5 secs with a note to come to Burnaby to get my box !! Are they nuts, its 30 min drive and 2 hrs of my time.
They do not deserve to be in business !!

One if the worst shipping companies here in Burnaby, BC, Canada. Twice in one week, for two different packages, the driver never knocked or even ringed the doorbell. They just left their notice card, for both different packages at two different days I repeat. They are not opened on weekends, they open late and close early, customer service reps are VERY rude, how the hell do they get these jobs? Because Purolator doesn't care and has very low quality standards. Oh and did I mention they will only hold the package for a maximum of 5 days. So if they "tried" to deliver on Monday, and you can't pick it up until the end of the week cause you work and are busy, then too bad, they ship it back to the supplier, and you would have to repay for shipping again with these a$$holes. The next time you buy something online, always make sure you find out who they ship with. The only pleasant shipping company to deal with is Canada Post. They are open early, and close late at night, they will hold your packages for 15 days or more, they are cheaper, more reliable, and a whole lot friendlier to deal with than Purolator. It's too bad the government is shutting down Canada Post, since they are government owned. If everyone starts shipping with Purolator, I will never buy anything online again.

two weeks ago, I ordered Dell laptop, it sent by Purolator, I live at apartment, so I put buzz code on my order, tracking online, and wait for delivery, yesterday it suppose to come from online info, but it did not, I called customer service, gave address and buzz code again, today, I wait at home for whole day, but did not come, online info shows 12:12 it rescheduled ....., I called again, CSR said it reached my home at 12:12, but I am not at home, but I was waiting at home whole day, I was at home at that time. tomorrow, they re-delivery, I have to stay home, OMG, 3 days wait at home, but not sure it will come......or Never@

I am adding to "Still Waiting" review. I have live in Burnaby now for five years and Purolator has always done the same thing to me. They can never fined me, it is the same driver and she has been to my place more than five times. But, for myself it always seems to take them at least four or more weeks to deliver. When I call them or they call me they always tell me I can pick it up. I have complained to customer service every time I get a package but nothing seems to change this depot. I am often left wondering if they do not kept customer's packages for themselves.

Ok So I run a home based business, and sometimes I get packages that are very time sensitive. If this is your case NEVER I repeat NEVER use Purolator. I have had 3 packages sent to me via Purolator in the past 6 months. Each time I have been at home awaiting it's arrival, and each time the delivery guy has had to have quietly run up the steps and slapped the 'you weren't home' notice on the door, and run away!

The most recent one was on Friday. I can see maybe not hearing the door once, but this has been ever package ever sent via Purolator. I had a meeting set up with my lawyer to sign these documents to send out that afternoon. It was very time sensitive, and If I could have gotten my hands on the guy...well...you get my drift. When I called their dispatch I was told they had no way of contacting the driver to get him to come back! Yeah right. So I couldn't even pick up the package until Monday morning because the idiot had it on his truck.

I can't see why anyone would pay good money for overnight service with purolator since you end up doing their job for them. I am loathe to give them one star.

I ordered something online and they sent it via purolator. I was following the traking via internet. It was delayed a few days due to weather - fine. So I called to ask if I could pick it up myself - they said that they couldnt find it and it would be delivered by the next day. It wasn't as weather was a factor again. Then Xmas came and went. It was on truck for delivery on the monday. Then all of a sudden it was not coming due to weather again - except the roads were clear. I then called them to ask if I could pick it up again - they said that the driver wasnt back yet. They said that they would call me......um still waiting. I really wanted this package before xmas and paid extra for air...... its more than a week late.

I tried to take a package to Purolator in Burnaby yesterday, but there was no where to park. I circled around for a few minutes and then I left. I'm taking the package to the competition today.

I don't blame u! Nothing makes me decide not to partake in a certain business than lack of parking, especially since I need handicap parking to do so! :)
