Clean, easy to access, straightforward payment plans, would definitely rent again if I needed it BUT the one thing that makes this 7th concession location better then the others is the manager. I wish I knew her name. She was so helpful with set up and gaining initial access and then again when moving my things back out. Super friendly, extremely helpful and just overall made this a good experience.

Size was perfect for college dorm room items for the summer. Booked for next off term as well. Easier to store then bring back and forth each term. Staff friendly and helpful.

The manager of this access storage is extraordinarily kind. She got us a great deal for our storage space, and was great with our toddler. She even got us some moving help when we were in a tight spot. I was pleasantly surprised and not expecting it.

The manager Kelly is so kind and informative! She was promoted in March and for good reason! So helpful - took me through the facilities and showed me the different options for sizing, and location of storage units. Very friendly and helpful overall!

Fast, friendly, and so very efficient. I highly suggest setting up in person with Kelly, as she made everything so smooth and friendly. 10/10 service. Clean facility, air temperture controlled.

This location proved to very beneficial for me being so close to home. 24 hour access was very important, and the staff at this location were always helpful and pleasant to deal with. I was somewhat disappointed with the quality of the unit. The ceiling of my unit experienced water damage very early on and made a mess of everything that was in the unit. When moving out I realized I paid thousands of dollars to store personal items that just had to be discarded because of the interior damage to the unit.

I was met with a true human at the access storage facility. The beaming smile she meets her customers with is unmatched. This was customer service at its peak.
Within minutes, I felt like I have been a customer there for years.
I felt at home and will recommend anyone looking for storage place to choose access and access only.
You guys are simply the best

I was struggling to find a secure storage sight for our Demonstration Unit and the team at Windsor Access Storage were my heros! They have a very clean and super secure location, with very low rates.

Storage unit was clean and secure. Entire property was clean and well maintained. Staff was accommodating. We had 24 hr gates access.
I thought it was pricy but not sure of the going rate for units, this was the closest to us.

Great people here. My first choice in picking a storage unit and I’ve been happy since. They greet you with kind words also offered me candy, water, and a pen which I needed.

The staff is very friendly and helpful, property well maintained and very clean . Reasonable hours of operation and well secured .. I would highly recommend.

Beth and Laura were fantastic! I accidently went to the wrong location and they were ready to help me - great sense of humour too . They were insightful and very detailed when it came to explaining the process and rules (they gave me a water bottle as it was very hot that day) Highly recommend!

We have been using Access Storage for 9 months now and the facility is nothing short of top notch along with the service which i find to be no less than fantastic!
Just last week I went to pick up my mower which had a dead battery an the lady working there, went and got jumper cables, ramps to drive it out of the unit. She also sought-after more help when the boost didn't work.She went above and beyond to try and help us.she was great and everything we go there, it is always a good experience.
