Good security. Can access till 11pm. Clean. Different sizes if units available. And best of all you can drive right up to your unit.

We are from the U.S. and my uOttawa student needed a place to store her items during the summer months. The Vantage store was accommodating, helpful, communicative, and understanding of our situation. We acquired a unit quickly and easily. The security was great and we felt comfortable leaving our items over the summer. The area was clean, dry and well kept. When we returned after 3 1/2 months, my student’s items were in perfect condition. I highly recommend this company for your storage needs.

If you need a storage unit, come to this place. Quinton and Tom are so great. They have the best customer service. They care so much about people!!! I was blown away by how they went above and beyond. Thank you Tom and Quinton :)

Great staff, everytime i emailed them they always answered very quick. I put my trailer in storage and got it out no problem, this place is very clean and 24 hours camera on site as well. Always great things to say about them. I will be definitely be back. They are always willing to help. My dad needed help to park his trailer in the storage and they helped him no problem. Amazing and professional people. This was my 2 year with the storage and I will be returning again when the summer season is over.

Instead of a “mechanical” manner of customer service, I received a “human” approach to customer service. Well done and appreciated, to have someone actual listen and communicate effectively. Completed my first need of storage and interaction with Quinton and his colleague (sorry forgot his name) I didn’t have his card - were stellar in their customer service - i definitely would recommend Access to everyone. Exceptional customer service!!!!

Access Storage is a lovely storage facility with a fair rate. It has several locations across the country and you can book your storage before arrivals.The staffs are pleasant and welcoming and easy to communicate with.

The manager at the Vanguard locatiin, Quinton, is definitely an asset to the company ( 5+++ stars for Quinton). His customer service is top shelf. It's a little pricy but was convenient at the time.
Would recommend.

This was our move from hell. Moving 6hours away with our old house closing 2-1-2wks before we could get into our new house meant storage units. Plural!!!! Everyone at access storage has been amazing all the way to the security guard that kicked hubby out after hours lol. We hadn’t managed to get everything out when we wanted to and these guys were so gracious to give us a little extra time to move all our stuff. I would highly recommend to anyone needing a secure place to store their precious items. They are also a recognized storage company by our own insurance company, as our belongings, (our entire house hold full of things) far exceeded the insurance that Access offered for coverage. We were able to make sure everything was covered while there through our own company because of that. Might be good to know if you’re in a situation like we were.
