They gave us a detailed tour of the facility and made sure we were comfortable with the space and arrangements. They also took the time to answer all our questions and clear our doubts without rushing us. Their friendly and supportive approach made everything smooth and stress-free. Truly appreciate their excellent customer service.

We came to rent a storage and from the first second, Simran had so much patience answering all of our questions and provided explanation for evey detail.

I’m going to be away from Toronto for a while, so I looked into several storage companies. After comparing prices and locations, I decided to rent a unit from this company because it was affordable and conveniently located.

I had never rented a storage unit before and didn’t know anything about sizes or how it worked. When I nervously approached the front desk, Towkir welcomed me with a wonderful smile and said, “Let me show you the available units!” He kindly took me to see a couple of them, and one of them seemed just right, so I decided to go with that one.

He explained the contract details and pricing very clearly, and even though English is not my first language, I was able to understand everything easily. At the end, he even went outside with me to show how to unlock the gate and how to get to my unit.

I haven’t started using it yet, but thanks to his kind and professional assistance, I already feel very happy with my decision to choose this place.

I had such a pleasant experience with Access storage on Doncaster. The receptionist Samira helped me select the right size storage locker and made the experience go very smoothly. So far I've had a good experience in this location. The Manager Mr.Towkir Islam was very professional and friendly. He provided excellent customer service and offered a variety of storage unit options based on my needs. 10/10 would recommend.

This is a really good place to store your personal items for either short or a little bit long term. The staffs are very friendly and helpful, both from the telephone customer services side and rental office side. The assistant manager Samira helped me set up files and gave detailed instruction when I first time came here. Recommended.
