Very professional company, great communication. The delivery was on time and the Boom Truck operator was fantastic! He placed the container exactly where I wanted it. Follow up communication to make sure that I was satisfied. All in all a super experience.

Best storage company ever! Right from the beginning, from booking to having to call and ask questions all the way to drop off, pick up, storage at facility, by far the best service I’ve ever had. Container was in very good condition and clean. The door to the container is strong and secure. The person who delivered the container was knowledgeable and professional. He made sure that I was happy with the placement before he left. No complaints here!

Very good experience. For some reason we were not getting the notification texts or phone calls on day of drop off or pick up as to the time he would be here. Other than that, everything went very well.

Just great from start to finish. Customer service was super, drop-off and pickup crews were quick and polite. Would highly recommend for anyone selling their home or undertaking big renovations.

Super disappointed. They could no longer guarantee my Cube It delivery date one week before we were supposed to receive it. Told us they could come two days sooner which isn't helpful as we only gain possession of the new home the day they were supposed to come. Now we have less than a week to secure storage with a different company. Overall, not impressed and don't recommend.

Staff are very polite and knowledgeable. They understood the situation very clearly and helped me get the storage unit sorted out. I recommend them to anyone.

The container is spacious and clean. With many hooks that can be used to secure boxes or furniture. Easy to schedule in Winnipeg. The delivery person was nice and did the job in a safe manner.

Ordering was easy. Staff are very helpful in decideing what size to get. 16 foot is large enough for most single room moves. Arrived right on time. Lock is of good quality and tampwr proof.

Contacted Pups/Cube It for a container delivery. They were fast to answer all my questions and setup my reservation. When I had an unexpected change of plans and needed to cancel my reservation, the support staff were just as friendly and helpful in cancelling my reservation. I would definitely recommend working with them for their customer service alone!
