I continue to feel exceedingly pleased with the staff, service, and overall first impression. As my circumstances have continued to change I have been shown personable supportive solutions, merely from opening up dialogue with the manager.
This being my first time using a service of this nature I have no prior experience to compare with, but I have had only pleasant feedback with respect to the Sutherland (103rd Street) branch. That being said I don't anticipate considering an alternate service provider should my future needs require the use of storage

Needed a storage unit quickly as I sold my house. Move in was quick & easy. Office staff was friendly & helpful. Loved that it was gated & clean , easy to access.Ended up using much longer than expected,although a little pricey, but I think most are. Would use again if needed.👍🏻Thanks

Getting signed up and cleared to start moving stuff into storage was quick and very friendly. Very helpful site manager, I have stored stuff with this company in the past and they still are the greatest and most helpful.

Great customer service. We had an indoor climate controlled unit that was clean. Some trouble with the door staying up but easy to rectify. Initial rental price was great per month but like all storage unit, got fairly expensive. Would use again for short term storage.

The store manager Melissa Smith was very friendly, informative and cooperative. She made our decision making very quickly and we are very happy with her service so far. I would strongly recommend them to other people who are looking for storage space in Saskatoon.

From being offered a promotional rate through the call centre by Vanessa for a month, which was all I needed it for, to a friendly and informed tour by the manager Melissa, I was very pleased. Clean, organized, well kept facility invites anyone to store their property safely and securely. Melissa even beat me to the punch in confirming that my unit was emptied the morning after I completed move out and was ready to go before I had the chance to call and let them know. Highly recommend, second time I've utilized the service, would again.

Such a smooth transaction. Deborah (front desk) is such a good soul. She makes everything right and as convenient as possible for movers like us.

I needed storage on short notice and they stepped up, then I realized I needed 2 units and they had 2, side by side. These were clean units with drive up access, perfect for my needs. As my needs became less we negotiated for me to move to 1 smaller unit and it was in very close proximity to my original ones. Also with drive up access. They were great to deal with and gave me the benefit of whatever promotions were available. I would certainly use them again if I needed to!

Very friendly staff , they have moving boxes as well. Our experience was very satisfied. It was easy to do and ease of mind knowing our stuff was safely stored until we needed it.

I was very happy with the Access Storage location I recently used. The staff were friendly and helpful. The storage areas were clean and ready for my things. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is that I've never used this type of facility before so I'm not sure how they compare.

I lost all my furniture I had stored in this facility. The the insurance you're forced to pay for didn't cover the cost of anything. Nothing was covered even with clear evidence of mold damage due to water leaking from the ceiling.
