Excellent service and facility! I love the 24 hours access. It was helpful for coordinating a long distance move with multiple deliveries arriving before I could move into my new place.

I wish I can give them more star . Very easy to access . Anytime , no issues during my contract . Even one time after working hour my code wasn’t work I called emergency service 24/7 , they help me to have an access very fast .
Employees they’re amazing and they very positive persons . If I need , in the future I’ll go with them again and I recommend them to anyone needs storage . Thanks

This is my 2nd great experience with Access Storage! Staff was friendly, helpful, gave us all the information we needed. This is an amazing company where you can literally access free storage for four weeks. I would recommend this company to everyone. Very easy to deal with, great coverage for your items, easy access to your unit. What else can I say other than there is only one storage company I will use and that is Access Storage. You will have a great experience too - if you follow their directions/instructions!

For me the location was perfect, clean safe.
The front office staff were always happy and helpful, I had a grate experience here.

The storage facility is exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and highly secure. Brianna took the time to clearly explain all the security features, policies, pricing, and rules during my initial visit, which makes the entire experience smooth and stress-free as a first-time user. The ease of access to the unit, along with the outstanding customer service provided by the staff, makes this facility an excellent choice. I highly recommend it.

Great experience renting a storage unit here, I absolutely love it!
The process was quick and straightforward, and the facility is super clean and secure. The staff is friendly and always available to assist, especially the lady I worked with (Briana).

Very professional and a well run business. Staff go out of their way to manage expectations and ensure you understand the process etc. We wound up keeping our stuff in storage longer than anticipated but staff communicated regularly and expectations were always clear. We definitely would use them again if needed!

Very good experience at this location. Would've given 5 stars except for the fact that the outside light over my unit was out for a several weeks and I had some difficulty opening the door with the thick layer of frozen snow sealing the bottom of the door at certain times during the winter- but a small shovel and some physical effort allowed me to get the door freed- not that I went to the locker that often during the harshest months of winter. The staff is very friendly and accommodating here, payments were easy to make, no problem with security. Also liked the ease of pulling right up to your locker door to load and unload. MUCH faster and easier than Dymon (and half the price), without having to load and then drag stuff onto a dolly and go down winding corridors/and or an elevator before getting back to load your stuff into your car parked in a bay. Hopefully I won't need self storage again (household flood last year), or for a while, but if I do, I will return to this convenient location.

Had a decent experience. They made getting the unit easy and didn’t give me any issues when I decided I didn’t need it anymore either.

I've been a customer of Access for approximately 2 months and I've never better customer service than the service provided by Shah from the Gladwin Crescent location. He is a great communicator, honest and his follow up is absolutely amazing. A Trainer position for new hires would be a great fit for Shah and Access in general. I hope I'm not speaking out of turn. Great work Shah!!

I accidentally came to the wrong location , but thanks to Brianna, I was able to get to home safely. She is as helpful and friendly as one can get.

Brianna is brilliant and kind! I have never fallen so in love with someone over the phone before.

I was in a rough spot and needed a storage unit as soon as possible and she walked me through every step with the patience of a saint!

Unfortunately, days later as the clouds continued to loom over me, I had to adjust my storage move-in date to several weeks out.

I am so grateful for Brianna's quick thinking and thanks to that I now have one less thing to worry about.

Great service and amazing staffs. They are very cooperative. The manager has all the required information and guides very well. I will definitely use access storage once again when needed.
Note: For a Sedan car (Eg Hyundai Elantra), a 20 by 20 storage unit is required.

I was truly impressed by the quality of service and professionalism demonstrated by the staff. They assisted us in making sure our goods are safeguarded properly, offering peace of mind.

I suppose the storage unit was fine but I really had an issue with the method of invoicing. It rotates every 4 weeks and as such, I could not pay on the same date every month (which would be easier to manage) because the deadline would constantly change.

In addition, my fees went up without notice. Ultimately, it became to expensive to maintain given the current economy
