I have had 3 units for almost 3 years and I have never had any problems with accessing the property or anything else. I dealt with a young lady named Hema, I hope I got it correct. Everything was great from the first day and I occasionally got a reminder when my credit card went out of date and no late fees incurred. I was always happy to have a safe and secure place for my belongings. Thank you 😊.

The manager at the Shirley Drive location, Milan Patel was very friendly and helpful setting me up and explaining the gate code and lock systems since this was my first experience renting a storage locker. The entry is very easy and accessing and loading and unloading the locker was simple.

I was able to find the perfect parking spot to store my trailer throughout the summer, and even received a quote for 50% off the regular price for 12 weeks.

The manager was kind enough to give me a tour of the lot and show me exactly where my designated parking spot will be. I'm thrilled to have found such a convenient storage location so close to my home and I would highly recommend Access Storage to anyone looking for a similar solution.

First time storage renter and I spoke with Lenny over the phone and he was so helpful and provided me with all the information I needed and secured a rental unit for me within 15 minutes. As I got to access storage 2444 Shirley dr I was promptly greeted by Milan and he was so helpful and kind from the second I walked in until I left. Both lenny and Milan went above and beyond. Place is very clean with asphalt road which allows easy maneuvering of the vehicle. Units are nice and clean. Storage manager Milan was very helpful in whole process of renting the unit. I would recommend this place.

Horrible company never told me about the free move in van when we moved in now that I'm struggling to BE ABLE TO EMPTY THE UNIT they are not helpful at all on helping figuring out how we can get this unit EMPTYED instead they just keep charging the monthly fee and fees on top of that CAUSE I CANT EMPTY THE DAMN UNIT KEEP IT I DONT CARE but this shouldn't go on my damn credit WHEN I WANT TO FULLY GET RID OF IT but wait I can leave it get screwed for 7 years of credit AND U GUYS CAN THEN SELL MY STUFF? But u guys can't help at ALL r at least give me a way to get the stuff out HORRIBLE COMPANY will never recommend this place go with a moving company least they help this place is horrible

I arrived April 16, 2024 and spoke with a lovely gentleman named Milan. He was friendly and knowledgeable. Milan showed me how to use the keypad, walked me to my unit, explained the paperwork to me as it was my first visit, and was patient while I asked any questions for clarification. I would definitely recommend coming to this location and speaking with Milan to get your storage unit. The location was clean, secured with video surveillance, and I felt comfortable leaving my items in the unit.
