Delivery went smoothly. I appreciated the heads up text message regarding delivery time.

Everything was perfect untill they couldn't pickup the Cubeit untill 9 days after it was empty. Now I have drive back to Ottawa to unlock it .

top-notch customer service, from the agents to the driver. This is my second time using Cubeit, and we will return again and highly recommend it.

Please do not use this company i had my stuff stored with them for almost 6 month. My stuff was destroyed by mice which chewed threw the floor of container pissed and shit all over my stuff and chewed alot of stuff up. Had to throw most of it out. When i called them they said they inspected the container and there were no holes in it. They are liers and cheats cause i have pictures of the holes. Very un professional company that dont care about their customers and there stuff at all. Now i am out all my stuff and they dont care at all. If you care about your stuff go elsewhere. This company is a joke.

Alex, the delivery driver, as well as a few people we dealt with in customer care were fantastic. We had a problem figuring out placement and they all figured out a way to fit the containers so that we didn’t need to delay our move

I had to call on short notice and they were super supported and made it happen. Support telephone technician super pleasant and friendly, driver of cube delivery the same making sure he put it where I would be happiest with it and exchanged pleasantries at the same time

I found the staff to be very friendly and efficient. The notifications before delivery and pick up were helpful. The delivery man was very good at placing the storage container exactly where I wanted. I would recommend Cubeit for anyone who needs short term storage.

Things worked out and went good....wasn't sure if they would damage my pattern concrete but they didn't....had some slight rust spots because it was in my driveway for a couple of months but everything worked out well
