Access Storage - Moose Jaw

Ryan did a fantastic job helping me get access to our storage unit! He took me around their lot to show me how to get to the unit & how to open it. He was also friendly through out the whole proccess. Id definately recommend their services.

Access storage was more than a pleasure to deal with . Super accommodating in setting up my account over the phone took the time to set up payment and made the whole process fast and easy. This appreciated loan ensures safe, short-term toy and gift storage during the extensive gift collection and distribution period. Thousands of children receive new, donated gifts while receiving care during the holiday season. We could not manage the large scale non -monetary donation program without partners like Storage Vault Canada.

Quick and easy rental. Unit was clean and good size for my need. Office staff was very helpful.

I had a very pleasant experience with the lady that worked there was very easy going and I had no problem with getting things situated to get my stuff into the unit . I am very thankful for all her help

The unit was great. Did not experience any difficulty. If I was to complain, I wish the unit was monthly instead of 4 weeks. Being on a budget, it was difficult to have the payment date changed every month.

This was a pleasant transaction for me, considering the trials and tribulations one can go through with any purchase. Talked to a woman named Girlie at the Lancaster Street office and she set me all up, ready to go with no hassles. Thanks Girlie 😀

Friendly and Quick service in a very professional way.

Easy to access, friendly staff, great customer service. only complain I have is the road was bad, pretty best up, and was hard to not damages your car as it was bumpy and wavy. I had a low-lying car so pretty much the road has been out of shape and it hit the bottom of my car so it's off the group 8-13 inches.

Satisfied overall but the conditions of the road to access the storage needs to be fixed.
