Great service but when it comes to billing.. they are not great.. When asking a quote from a delivery and pickup from 1 location to the other etc.. they dont include all charges in one quote. its misleading the info as u need to look at all emails and dont take the receptionist what they say... very disappointing

Great service and highly recommend it to anyone who needs storage or for moving purposes....I was assisted by Cole who was beyond helpful and very accommodating for me ...he takes the time for all that is needed and even provides you with good contacts if you need movers...will definitely use cubeit and call him when service is needed..

The whole process was absolutely stress free. Everything went as per stated at the arranged times and on time. The operator dropping the unit off, delivering it at the required location and handling was stellar, helpful, and very friendly. This is the only way to make a move and if I had to do it again I would not hesitate.

Easy from start to finish. Had an issue with the door handle. They came out and dealt with it so we could re-open the container. Communication was clear. I would use them again if needed.

Very convenient method to pack personal belongings in a cube, store offsite and redeliver cube at my convenience at whatever location I indicate. The gentleman who delivered the cube was professional and Jackie at the office was very knowledgeable, patient and friendly when she explained the whole process to me and clarified every detail of the invoice. Highly recommend this company.

Stay away . They overcharge after they commit to one price and than dont pick up even if its a slightest of snow . I will report them to higher authorities. They charged twice in one day for pick up and never picked it . Customer service is really hard and supervisor literally told me he will send my account on collection after i denied to pay for pick up for the third time.Also the supervisor also threatened me to keep charging me and not picking up their cubeit . I will have city if sudbury possess if if they do not pick up by wednesday

Absolutely horrible service !! they promised one thing start and told me one price for 3 months and than starting charging me more per month. when I called them , they never had a log of ever talking to me . they charged me twice the fee for pick up and once the driver left as there was a bit of snow and he wont call me or knock at the door. Charged 2 times over what they promised and ended up in a nightmare.

Everything has been excellent. Drop off, and customer service has been outstanding.
Every time I call to extend our time, the customer service team is very responsive.

This company and the employees especially Jackie were great. They had what I needed when I needed it. Very professional with the drop off of the storage unit and scheduling the pick up was a breeze. Thank you guys. If I need something I'll this I would definitely use these guys again
