The manager Nicole was very approachable, explained details well. Provided great customer service. The storage unit was easy to access and clean. For me it was expensive for what I was storing, but I assumed the cost was market average price. Thank you

The Balm Beach Access Storage is well maintained, easily accessible at any time, and the staff are friendly and easy to communicate with. I have had a hassle-free experience at what could be a very stressful time in my moving "journey".

Nicole, the manager, was extremely helpful in managing multiple issues I had when I initially rented, and a few months after, when I decided to downsize to a smaller locker. She is very patient and service oriented. I'm glad I chose this particular Access Storage site because dealing with her is a charm.
The only thing that should be improved, and it's out of her control, is the buraucratie. So many forms and paperwork...

I had never used storage before, but since I’m moving, my family wanted to store some boxes to make the house look cleaner and more spacious. We found Access Storage online because of its great deals and value, so I decided to drive over and take a look. I was greeted with a friendly smile that made me feel comfortable with this new experience.

Nicole showed me the unit sizes and explained the best ways to use them, pointing out advantages I hadn’t considered. Thanks to Nicole's excellent service and warm, professional approach, I felt confident I was making the right decision to rent a unit with their current promotion.

I’m so glad I did! That same night, I made three trips and offloaded a lot of boxes, and now our home looks much bigger and better. Honestly, thanks to Nicole’s encouragement and helpful advice, I may even get more money for my home.

Access Storage fit into my home selling plan perfectly and Nicole even said after the move she would work with me to see if access storage could be something that fits into our storage needs with the new home or get me into a smaller unit if i didnt need the big size anymore.

Friendly courteous service by the site manager. Very clean facility in general and the locker and a reasonable average monthly cost for the small unit. I only gave a 4 because I never give full marks for anything.

Very friendly and accommodating employees. They make everything possible in the most stressing moments of moving. All moving supplies you need they have it, just make sure you will bring your onw dolly or moving cart. The units are spacious and very clean and dry.

From start ti finish didn't matter who I talked to, well mannered and willing to help. Best customer service in a long time.

Ease of use. Multiple locations in the towns I moved from/to. Very helpful staff (at both locations). Storage Units were very clean. No stains, no damage, no vermin or insects and no 'evidence' of vermin or insects. Everything needed for my move was available at the front desk: boxes, tape, tape gun, sharpies, locks, mattress bags, furniture bags, etc.

The unit and site are very clean and well cared for.
It was an excellent experience from start to finish. We could access our unit any time day or night that we wished. The storage area is neat and clean always and the people were great to deal with. Thank you so much Access Storage!

Joe was excellent in making the transition from my fathers belongings from his house to the storage unit in Midland while I had time to prepare for the things to be moved to Toronto. He was very helpful in the communication was pleasant and so helpful. Customer service is great, they advised we would need a larger unit and so appreciative of their knowledge and care. I will recommend this company to anyone. Thank you for the support and help you gave us.
