Ramada Inn

We were recommended to stay at this hotel by a relative since we are not from the area. What a dump! The hotel is not well kept at all. The pictures on the website are deceiving. The rooms are old and noisy since the doors are made of what seems like paper thin metal. The beds are not comfortable at all. the fitness room is a joke! I would definitely not stay here again. Try the Chateau Nova across the street. At least it looks new and much better maintained if you have to stay in the area. Otherwise, look elsewhere.

Staying at this dump for a national convention. This place is an embarrassment for albertians. The food we had for lunch wasn't even starter size portion salad and barely warm soup. I will never stay here again. You should be ashamed for the service you have NOT provided

We have recently been staying at the Ramada - Edmonton Kingsway. During our last visit, our truck was stolen right in front of the hotel during the night. We had made sure it was locked, secured before we left it parked about 30 meters from the front entrance, Ramada has security cameras and personnel. After reporting it to the local EPS, we were informed this is a common occurence at this hotel. The Security camera stopped short of where our truck was parked. obviously the personnel does not do security walks at night. We were disappointed, at the lack of assistance in obtaining the correct information from the front desk, who sent us to the RCMP K division to make a complaint. We were not even offered a later check out so we could make arrangements to get home. All they would say is that they were sorry, for what? not doing their jobs? We will not be staying here again, and beware if you are staying there.

I recently stayed at the Ramada on Kingsway. I found it to be quite nice. The lobby is beautiful and has this nice garden lounge in the middle. The room I was in was just what I needed. You can tell they just did some renovations as my room had that "new" smell. I love that smell. The staff were great and always pleasent.
The only negitive thing was I didn't look at where I had to go for work so I had a bit of a drive to the south side of Edmonton. But all in all this hotel was perfect. It is close to downtown and there is a mall, I believe it was Kingsway Mall, not too far.
Next time I am in the city I will probably stay here.
