My partner was charged double of what initially the owner was estimating. Not sure why he thought we are supposed to pay double of what he promised he will fix it. Don't go there, customer service is not existing. He just does what he can get away with.

After a year of trying to fit my very sensitive eyes with contact lenses I was discouraged. I let Heather know my feelings three separate times, she assured me she felt she was not discouraged, but if it did not work out she would help with a pair of glasses. A few weeks later I decided I would just rather have glasses. My contract stated that if I did not get the hard lenses from Contact Lens Services I would receive half of my money back. I went to my appointment to tell Heather, as soon as she heard from the girls at the desk that I wanted glasses instead she would not see me. After waiting for her over 1/2 hour they told me that I would have to wait for Heather to call me. After 2 weeks I called and Harold told me that he was looking into it for me and would get back to me. After 4 weeks I called again, Harold apologized and assured me he had the file and would be looking into it. After 9 weeks I dropped in and asked for my refund in person. Harold told me I had put him on the spot and that only Heather could help me who was away and had taken my file with her to work on my refund and letter explaining the refund, so I would have to wait yet another week till she got back. I asked why after this length of time would it take so long for my refund unless they were trying not to honour their refund policy. Harold apologized again and assured me that was not what they were trying to do and he would talk to Heather about it as soon as she got back. I called back after 11 weeks, Harold told me that he would make sure it would be dealt with by the end of the week. After 14 weeks I called again and Harold was rude and stated only Heather could deal with my refund. After 16 weeks I called and said I was coming down for my refund,Harold said it would be there. I got there and no surprise the cheque was less than half my money back. There was no explanation letter and when I asked why, Harold SHOUTED at me (as he ran away) that I should be just happy with a refund and just deal with it!

What a very unprofessional and disappointing end to my year long experience with Contact Lens Services.
