We had an issue with water leakage in our basement. We let George come in and look at the problem. The work was completed by two fellas from RCC Waterproofing. Ryan and Anthony did a wonderful job, we are so happy with them. All I can say is that they did an iron-clad job. Thank you RCC.
The team at Rcc waterproofing were extremely professional and answered all of our questions and concerns thoroughly. Communicating with Jamie was very easy and he was very accommodating when I told him that I prefer emails as I travel a lot for work.As for the construction, Chris and his team were perfect and such a pleasure to have. They were professional and very detailed with their work. Chris kept me updated throughout the job and ensured everything was done with care.I highly recommend rcc waterproofing and will use them again if there is a need!

We were in a rush to have the crack in the foundation repaired as our house was about to be listed. Nicholas was incredibly helpful to make arrange this for us, which resulted in a very minor listing delay - we were thrilled. The crew (Ryan-Keem) were on time, friendly, polite and professional. It was an excellent experience and they were incredibly reassuring given some challenging circumstances. I would highly recommend this company and crew.

RCC is great. Jamie was a great person to coordinate the time and date of the exterior waterproofing and made this basement leak repair easy for us. The crews were totally on the ball when doing the foundation repair and did everything in a day. They even kept my patio stones dirt free. I can not recommend this team enough.
Our basement leak repair was a success. The team of rep George and Roger's Crew made the foundation repair look easy. They were clean, hardworking and friendly. I recommend them to you if you need waterproofing done.
We had our sump pump back up creating a bad situation in our basement. Water leaked all over, after the clean up, RCC Waterproofing helped us make sure it wouldn't happen again by installing a new system that consistent over internal drainage and a sump pump. They were really helpful, knowledgeable and kind. We felt like they were eager to help us and made concessions to help us restore our basement to the way it was. Many thanks RCC

Thanks to RCC our leaky basement is fixed! We went with another company before this and they didn't fix the issue. Decided to pivot and try RCC after talking to Jamie. They found the source of the basement leak and then got to work. Did everything in a day and it didn't cost too much to fix it. These guys are great and you should give them a call. I'm gonna let my friends know about how great RCC is.
Our sales rep Jamie was amazing! he did a great job explaining all the waterproofing services to us and the waterproofing costs as well. Really made this whole ordeal much easier. Gotta give him a shoutout!
The team was here at 8:00 right on time and were done around 3 o clock the same day. They did two whole foundation walls in that timeframe and our waterproofing repair is completely done. That is super impressive. RCC has great workers!
We recently had a big rainfall and it must have exposed a crack in our foundation cause water was seeping into our basement. Jamie from RCC suggested we get a crack injection done to take care of the leaks and it did the trick. It wasn't too expensive to do and it's proven to be effective. Thank you Jamie for the suggestion and RCC for doing the work.
Had an excellent experience with RCC Waterproofing. Very fair with their pricing, gave us a great warranty, had a team of staff we could contact at most times of the day and had a great crew. Eddie and Ray were the guys who did our job and they have great work ethics. Overall great company.

Great work done by the team lead by Chris from RCC. They put a membrane around the basement walls, put in new weeping tile, a new drain and redid the concrete so it slopes to the drain. All this work was done in less than a week and the quality of the service was excellent. I wish more c home reno companies were like this.
RCC are diligent workers and dug up the ground even though it was pretty solid. They worked really hard to make sure the waterproofing job was done right. I appreciate that. They also cleaned up everything. The place looks spotless. I can't forget about Jamie and the work that he did coordinating everything with us. He was pivotal to all of this running smoothly. RCC is a top notch company that i recommend you call.

Have to hand it to the crew that came for this fix, everything looks nice and clean. Almost like no one was here but they were definitely here cause the leak is gone. They did a 6ft section were the leak was coming from and then they were gone midday. They worked fast but did a good job at the same time. RCC is great company with fair pricing and a good warranty too.
Thanks for a great job. No complaints and the best part is that they kept everything very tidy in my yard. The crews were nice to talk to and consultant Jamie was always easy to get a hold of when we need to call him. Since the job was finished, we have had no signs of water in the usual spots which is great. Thank RCC and team.

Jamie Hallett was our consultant for our waterproofing work that needed to be done and he was excellent. True customer service and he does a great job. Rogers crew were also great and were very good at waterproofing our exterior. They even installed window wells for us which are going to help alot with draining water. RCC is a legit company in the home renovation industry and I recommend them.
Gillian and Steve here to say that RCC did a fantastic job on our foundation. There are no more leaks since the crew was scheduled to fix the leaks. Thanks to Jamie from RCC and Eddie and Raymond, we have the amount of moisture in our basement under control. It was very damp in our basement and had an awful smell on some days. We knew that the level of moisture was going to create lots of mold so we got RCC to come and damp proof and moisture proof our basement. They wrapped it, put in new drainage pipe and made out basement slope to a new drain. Thanks RCC Waterproofing for all your hard work and dedication to our basement issue. We greatly appreciate your professionalism and work.
The workmanship was great for Noel's crew as they came and waterproofed our whole back wall. Did it in about an day's time both digging and backfilling. A few days later, they came back to install our window wells and make sure that the work had no complications. They did a really good job with everything and deserve to be recommended to everyone. This is our second time working with RCC Waterproofing, this time doing the other side of the house. Caught a bit of water coming threough the basement on that side of the house and knew who to call! Called Jamie right away and he was more than happy to work with us again. Got everything done just as quick as the last time and the experience was great. I can't recommend them enough especially since I have used their services twice. The understand customer service and value their customers!

Wonderful work done here. It wasn't an easy job for these guys to do but they dug through concrete and clay soil to the footings of our house and completely waterproofed our walls. They worked hard and got the job done pretty quickly. I have to write this review because of the great service. 5 stars
So far there are no new leaks since RCC has left our house. Thats a testament to the work they do. Price was fair as well, especially for the amount of linear feet that their team had to waterproof. it was better than I was budgeting for. Overall I am happy with the way things turned out and recommend RCC. They did a great job!
Happy with the quality of work that RCC has done. They are very good company that cares from the customer. We had a leak and they gave us a good price to fix it. Now it is fixed and we could not be happier.
Thanks RCC so much for fixing that leak. It was a real stresser for my wife and I. Jamie came and assessed everything and was really accurate as to where the leak was. They dug up the area and sure enough there was the crack. These guys are good at what they do and I thanke them.
RCC fixed all our window wells and the piping that leads down to the footings. These were pretty old and were there before we bought the house so they need some TLC. As soon as the window wells which we had to order came in, a few guys from the RCC crew came to do the job to redo about 5 or so wells and did it quick. Can't ask for better service and they earned the full 5 stars here.
Had to go on here and express how satisfied I am with their services. We got the exterior of our foundation waterproofed with new drainage pipes and new rock bedding surrounding the house. To use it seemed like a complicated process but they did everything without any issues and in two days. That's three whole walls by the way. RCC made our house look even better than it did before and I'm confident we will never have to worry about any leaks happening. Big thanks to all the people involved.
This company was focused on making us happy and we can't recommend them enough. Their team was dedicated to fixing our leak even after a couple of unexpected surprises came up while fixing the foundation. Its been a more than great experience working with RCC.
We had the pleasure of hosting these guys at our home to come and waterproof our foundation walls. What a great experience. Dedicated is the best way to describe the company as they worked hard to get this project finished. Den was our consultant and some of the crew that I can remember were Chris, Marco and Eddie. All of them did a great job. They got right to work got to the house, completely on time btw, and were done close to 30ft of trench by the afternoon. New drainage and gravel were added too. After the work that's been done, I doubt we will ever have to worry about leaks ever again. Our yard looks great with the new drainage bed. Thank you to all the crew and staff who were involved in the process.
RCC did a very good job. They dug up the side of the house and completely waterproofed our house. They also fixed up our windows which had some cracks that could become an issue later. The guys were very good workers and very kind to us. We are glad we chose RCC.
RCC has helped us with a bunch fixes around the property. We needed a waterproofing job, we needed a new sump pump, we needed new weepers and new window wells. RCC Waterproofing made all that happen and stayed competitive with the other companies offering these same services. I'm glad I was able to have one consultant, Jamie for all these different fixes. RCC is a great company!
We needed RCC's help badly. Water was leaking into our basement everytime it rained and we needed to stop this. RCC came and did the job no problem. Found the spot where it leaked patched it up and everything. No more issues and water. You my gratitude RCC.
