We had an issue with water leakage in our basement. We let George come in and look at the problem. The work was completed by two fellas from RCC Waterproofing. Ryan and Anthony did a wonderful job, we are so happy with them. All I can say is that they did an iron-clad job. Thank you RCC.

I had a great experience with Rcc recently. They did a full exterior waterproof on one side of our house that had water coming through the foundation. They were quick and got the job done in 2 days. The men on site were really kind and respectful and they put all the dirt back as best as they could. The only thing to note is the company does take longer than usual to book and sometimes communicate but aside from that they were great to work with

My basement has been dried for over a year now. Thank you Jamie, Noel and the crew. I highly recommend RCC for their waterproofing service.

Our need to secure the services of RCC Waterproofing (RCC) was after several weeks of incorrect diagnosis by a contracting firm that had done extensive work in and around the area of water entry to our basement.
RCC was highly recommended by a neighbor and a friend who had both previously used their services.
It was a breath of fresh air dealing with Jamie Hallet and his team. Jamie was proactive in arranging for the gas company to mark the gas line locations before their work started, setting and sticking to the date of RCC work completion. We were impressed by the team’s courteous manner, high level of professionalism and respect for our property; ensuring there was no property damage during the process, thorough work and clean-up after the work was completed. It has been several months since the work was completed and we have the peace of mind of not worrying that water will be pouring in our basement after it rains. We would describe the workmanship as excellent.

After a down pour , we noticed water coming into my basement through a crack in our foundation . I searched on internet and found RCC for basement water proofing . I called them and Jamie got in touch and came by. He was great to deal with. Very professional and easy to talk to. The crew were on time, they finished the repair very professionally.

Service and satisfaction above and beyond expectations. Jamie was the original contact and made sure he covered all the details. This was not the typical water proof which required special details and consideration. We had a 6 x 6 timber structure that had to be removed and re-installed. Jamie assured me he would get the best for the job and Marco did not disappoint me at all. We were worried that it could not be done but Marco was sure he could do it and did not disappoint us. Customer service at its best, we encountered rain days and Jamie always called and kept us aware of timing and any delays.
Not to mention Marco was a hit with the neighbour kids showing them his excavator. Highly recommend this company and crew!

Nicholas came out to our house to assess a fairly major water leak in our basement in the back corner of our house. After looking at the outside and inside he did a water test to confirm where the water was coming in and then explained what they could do. After scheduling a time for completion Tom and a crew showed up on schedule and came to the door to introduce themselves, they told me they had talked to Nicholas the night before and everything to be done was confirmed. He asked me to meet him outside and he then went through the procedure they would be doing and started right to work. I checked a few times through the morning to see how it was going and to check if they had found any additional problems, which they had not. After completing the job he asked me to meet him outside where he showed me step by step pictures of every step that they had completed. Everything was done perfectly and exactly as Nicholas and Tom had described prior to starting the job. Everything was completely cleaned up and the site looked great.
It was great dealing with all of them throughout the process and the basement is now dry.

First off I'd like to say your team did an amazing job, both the crew and Kurt. Kurt was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything to me in a matter I'd assume everyone could understand. From why the issue was happening to how the repairs are conducted. I personally wasn't present during the repairs, I was on vacation with my family. My house was left clean after the job to the best of their ability due to the kind of work done, and the guys kept me in the loop with everything going on. It was actually nice that I didn't have to worry about anything

With whether patterns changing, severe rain storms are now the norm. Our 70 year old house was starting to show basement leaks, so we called RCC. Jamie Hallet was our sales person. He explained the process and gave us a fair quote. He gave us a date and the crew where here the day they promised. After they opened up the foundation, they showed me the numerous defects that where causing our leaks. The crew chief, Darwin, and his men where as professional as the work they did. I am extremely happy and would recommend RCC.

I'm a contractor, and I hired RCC and specifically dealt with Tony Romanelli to handle the waterproofing at one of my client's rental properties out of town. Tony and team did an excellent job.

I kept seeing RCC ads all over the place so when I had a flood in my basement I decided to call RCC and see how they are. Before I called RCC I had multiple contractors in and not know where the water came from. As soon as Nicholas Theodorou from RCC came to inspect and give a quote, he knew exactly what happened and gave me the best plan of action. That was the expertise I needed and so thankful I got! When it came to the installation of the sump pump I thought it was going to take multiple days and loud contractors making crazy noise but to my surprise Marco and his crew from RCC were so frigen amazing! They completed the work in no time at all and kept me informed what was happening during entire construction and install. They made sure I was full happy before leaving! During the whole experience Nicholas from RCC kept in communication with me to make sure everything was ok and that I was satisfied. I appreciate the hard work that was involved in fixing my flooded basement so it won't happen again!
