The night shift consisting of an elderly lady and a young man at Tim Hortons extremely rude! In fact the young man lies about policies and doesnt correct himself or listen to customer complaints and the elderly woman doesnt listen to anyone when asked a simple questiin concerning food and doesnt reply!The younger man like to boast loudly how he can kick people out when theres hardly a customer in the place sometimes often none!Hes rude to people generally males older then him! He served me a tea with a teabag that was broken charged me for it and never bothered to replace it then explained to customers theres only a 20 minute time limit on use of Internet which is vagrantly untrue,
I just watched a worker drop a chocolate milk out of the drive thru. I got my order (which included a chocolate milk) and drove off without realizing they gave me the one covered in dirt from outside with a huge dent in it. Terrible service and I won't be returning there.
I had an issue with my order and the manager Leeann I believe, came right out to assist me in this matter, I was absolutely taken care of by her, she is so proffesional and runs a very tight ship there, good for you guys for having great people working for you.
