Rcc ripped us off, supposed to install 4 layers of water proofing and only did 2 layers. No guarantee like they said, rude anytime we called for information. Almost a year since they did it and still leaking. Still no bill, rediculous amount of money paid out to them. I would not recommend them to my worst enemy, left a awful mess, very very disappointed.

I am very satisfied with the professional communication and services provided by Jeff and the rest of the RCC waterproofing team that worked on my external basement waterproofing.

Had a nasty leak on one side of our walls. Every time it rained, I had to check up on it to make sure the water didn't damage anything. It was time to stop that problem and we called RCC Waterproofing and spoke to Jeff for the issue. The crew came in and fixed it from inside our house instead cause they said it was possible to take care of it with an internal waterproofing. So far its held up and its been a month and a bit. Thank you to all the people involved in the fix for taking care of this leak.

Our house is pretty old and it needed a new drainage system to replace that orange clay one they used back in the day. We got in contact with Jeff from RCC to line up the replacement and decided it was just more worth it to get the waterproofing done based on the pricing. The team did a great job with everything. The team's workmanship was like none ive seen before. A full waterproofing done in 2 days, even installing brand new window wells and a whole new drainage system. I got a call yesterday saying that you guys will be coming today. You’ll be there at 9 o clock. Professionally, you were here at 9 o clock, you worked almost 11 and a half hours and I saw the big job made by your crew. As far as I’m concerned, your crew is super. They started from one end and went all the way down to the other end and when the job was over, to me it looks better now than when I saw it before. You guys did a better job than I did and I’ve lived here for 38 years! I would recommend your team to do any job. I would recommend you to anyplace because your work ethics are super. And that’s what I want to see. To me, when you promise you are going to be here, actually two weeks earlier than normal, that’s something I appreciate.

I was surprised by the professionalism of these guys. They came right on time, brought an ample amount of help, and all worked very efficiently. They did half the house one day and the other half the next day. When they were just about done they redid our window wells. RCC showed that they are professional and worth giving a call. Im happy to have worked with them.

The back wall of our property sprung a leak and made a pretty big mess of our finished basement. We need someone to come in right away and RCC took the call. We found them on Homestars and proceeded to hire them to do the fix. They did a fantastic job doing the spot in a days time. The dug the section up, applied the waterproofing material and put everything back. We are grateful for what they did cause we have been leak free ever since they came.

They came in when they were expected, they cleaned up everything, they dug out the hole, they fixed my leak that I had no idea where it came from, and it looks exactly the way it was before they arrived. Hired RCC to waterproof out foundation and found out first hand how good their services are. They didn't take any shortcuts, and performed every step of the process that was on their website. They filled the cracks added the Hydro Guard material on and rolled on the delta membrane before filling the trench back up with stone and dirt. I am very satisfied with the work. I've worked in the industry before and I know they did a good job. Thank you RCC for good workmanship.

Very impressed! These gentlemen did a fine job working on our foundation and found a way to waterproof from the inside of the house. We didn't want to disturb our patio so Jeff suggested to fix the leaks from inside the house. Their team did their magic and we havent seen water since. Had some work done courtesy of RCC Waterproofing and did a great job. Crews worked hard digging down pretty far into the ground. The hole had to be at least 6 feet, thats a lot of digging. Dedicated crew worked all day to get the job done and finished late afternoon. Thanks guys for a great job. Also thank you to Mike for guiding us through the process and offering us a good price. Thank RCC for telling me we can seal the leak from the inside! We just spent a small fortune on redoing our patio stones and interlocking and of course that's the wall that had to spring a leak. So when we started researching, we land at the RCC website and saw they offered internal waterproofing. When we started a conversation with Jeff, one of the reps, he said it can be done. We were grateful and hired RCC right on the spot. They did a great job and we have had no noticeable leaks in our basement so I think we are in the clear. Job well done!

RCC tackled waterproofing our whole basement. We opted to go for the whole package including a new triple guard sump pump. They put new dimple board on the walls to help reduce the moisture in the basement and topped it off with new weeping tile. I left for work that morning and came back with everything done already. superb job done by RCC

Pleasure doing business with you guys. Pricing was good, the wait to get it done was fair (I know its the busy season as one of the crew told me), everything was done on the same day and Jeff was always there to communicate with. Took care of the final payment so I thought it was fair to write this review. I'd say lets do it again but I dont want my house to leak again so thank you is good enough.

Thanks RCC for fixing our leak and making sure we wont get any more. Theres been a few rainfalls since the fix and there hasn't been any water coming from the exterior of the house.

I recommend RCC as the right waterproofers for the job. They came to our house and did a excellent job. They found the leaks, gave us options on how we wanted to fix them and came back at the scheduled date to start and finish the job. Everything was done timely and we didn't have to stress to much about booking off time to get this job done. The experience working Mike was a great one as he practically coordinated everything for us. Do yourself a favour and just choose these guys to do your basement!

The recent weather hit us pretty good here in Stoney Creek but we were more fortunate than others when it came to flooding. We called RCC right away to take care of a foundation wall that started to leak water. After an inspection and waiting period, the guys got right to work on taking care of the cracks in the wall. They said there were quite a few and that it was worth it to waterproof the whole wall and we agreed. They gave great advice from start to finish and didn't try to pressure us to accept work that they didn't think we needed. Plus the pricing was very fair. We want to thank our sales associate for guiding us through the process and the crew for doing the work so timely. RCC is great!

Its been a tumultuous road dealing with these floods. It was clear we needed to redo our basement's drainage so we started with our sump pump. We got that replaced courtesy of RCC Waterproofing and then installed a drainage system and interior waterproofing. We don't want to have to redo our basement interiror ever again so we are doing it right the first time. Just call RCC if what happned to use sounds familiar. They will take care of it, trust us.
