Very friendly staff. Jay with public storage set me up with a very nice welcome package. The facility is very clean, and there is multiple security check points into the heated building. Also its a very good place to buy blankets, Even if your not getting a locker. Also lots of boxes and other items for transport or insulated storage.
Very clean naborhood.
Somthing else that's neat about the site is if you need an exterior accessible unit for your business they have those there aswell.

I booked my storage unit yesterday and came in today to complete everything. I had the pleasure of meeting Laura, and she was incredibly kind, welcoming, and professional. We had a really nice conversation about some interesting topics, and during our chat I learned that today was actually her last day at Public Storage as she is retiring.

It was truly a pleasure to meet her on such an important day in her career. Laura made the whole experience smooth and pleasant, and her warm personality really stood out. Public Storage is fortunate to have had such a wonderful employee for so long.

Thank you, Laura, for your kindness and for making my experience such a positive one. Wishing you a very happy and well-deserved retirement.

My wife and I needed short term storage during a move from Edmonton to Calgary, we had our unit for about 8 months and have nothing bad to say. The facility is always clean, and secure. We only interacted with staff when we initially rented the unit and again when we closed our account and they were very friendly and helpful on both accounts. Great service, and highly recommend!

In a world of unpredictability and meanness expected in daily encounters with transactional relationships, i really think it's refreshing when one encounters people that have warmth and helping attitude.
It's no secret language. Kindness in demeanour with a smile that emanates warmth is a universal language endowment given to us free from birth , but few of us choose to speak it fluently. Both Jay and Laura? ( lady with glasses) at this Storage location made my experience seamlessly comfortable.

I recently moved to Calgary and underestimated how much stuff would fit in my new apartment. I needed last min storage before I had to return the U-Haul. I was able to secure a unit right away and store all my stuff. Great service and a nice clean storage unit. When I needed to cancel my services they did it right away for me with no issues. Inderjit and Jay were absolutely phenomenal in helping my husband and I find the right locker solution for our needs. We originally thought we would need one size but they were able to see from our items a bigger unit in a different location which was much easier to maneuver to would work best. They stayed a few minutes late just to ensure we were all set up and ready to move things in which was so appreciated.

The customer service here is amazing! Sandra and Crystal goes abalone and beyond. I arrived at their office and they assisted me and extended their hrs just to help me out. Crystal showed me around and explained how their policy work clearly. This too ladies are just amazing. And thanks to Byron too, from Harvest Hills branch for re-directing me to this branch as they don't have anything available on their area. Salute to this people! Highly recommended!!

I had an awesome experience the first time I and my friends walked into the Public storage office to get my keys and see my unit (cuz I bought online), there was these lady (shout of to Crystal: thank you ma'am for your help, it was 💯, you were a 💯) super cheerful and super knowledgeable, she made sure I was told all the intricacies of what I'm buying and signing off on and she did so with the biggest and cheerful of demeanor that made me feel super happy and comfortable honestly, showed us the storage space, perfect size, they have huge elevators so you'd not have to stress thinking about how to bring all your stuff to the next level... I'd certainly recommend P.S for sure

I was happy with my experience at Public Storage, Country Hills Site in Calgary. The unit was clean, well-maintained, and secured. The staffs were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout the rental process namely Inderjit, Carmen and Jay.
