Great customer service by Chris and Adam. I booked an indoor storage unit for my summer vehicle Maserati here recently. Very friendly and professional team and well maintained facility.

I was in yesterday to purchase some boxes. I had the nicest young man help me. His name was Chris. He sold me the boxes and then insisted on helping me take them to my car. He loaded them in the back for me and told me to enjoy the rest of my day as well as saying” I hope someone will help you with them when you get home.” Such a kind young man. It was so great to receive such great service .

Such an incredible team of people to work with. Incredibly supportive and kind. The best crew Barrie has to offer!

Units were clean and secure, and the staff was wonderful to work with. Renting the units was easy and the process was quick. When it came time to cancel the rental, that too was fast and simple. Access Storage made our move much easier, and we are grateful.

Absolutely fantastic!! I would definitely recommend using this storage facility. You can leave when you want to no notice required. And the staff inside extremely friendly. On whole, the entire experience was five star all the way!!

Was a nice place. Went a couple weeks ago and stuff was still there when I came back. Guy there named Chris helped out with picking the right size unit I'd need.

Extremely well managed and secure facility. I used 2 different sizes of units over the past few months. The staff were excellent. I always found the whole facility tidy, and in the past few months, after every snowfall, and we have had a lot of that, the snow was cleared expeditiously. I highly recommend for anyone needing storage units.

I have had my storage unit for five years now. Never had a problem. The price has gone up every year. But that's like everything these day.

For many years I've rented a storage unit at the Anne St location, and have always had great service. The staff are very friendly and always helpful. Although I no longer need to rent a unit, I highly recommend this location, and wouldn't hesitate to rent here again.

The staff has always been friendly and helpful at this location. I feel safe accessing my unit and it's obvious Access works to maintain and upgrade the property. I highly recommend it.

Adam was great. He helped determine the size of unit we needed. Showed the unit. Explained how the payments work and how to enter.

They don't listen... I've been called almost daily And I keep telling the them to take me off alt contact list. They hung up on me. Next time someone calls me they're getting ripped a new one and I don't even care anymore
