As a client of Access Storage in Barrie , Ontario, we are so pleased to be at this location. The staff are always so helpful and welcoming, the facility is always clean and I feel very safe leaving my valuables there.

Great service, very convenient, I forgot the name but the person who show me around and check in was fantastic.

Units were clean and secure, and the staff was wonderful to work with. Renting the units was easy and the process was quick. When it came time to cancel the rental, that too was fast and simple. Access Storage made our move much easier, and we are grateful.

Absolutely fantastic!! I would definitely recommend using this storage facility. You can leave when you want to no notice required. And the staff inside extremely friendly. On whole, the entire experience was five star all the way!!

Was a nice place. Went a couple weeks ago and stuff was still there when I came back. Guy there named Chris helped out with picking the right size unit I'd need.

Extremely well managed and secure facility. I used 2 different sizes of units over the past few months. The staff were excellent. I always found the whole facility tidy, and in the past few months, after every snowfall, and we have had a lot of that, the snow was cleared expeditiously. I highly recommend for anyone needing storage units.

For many years I've rented a storage unit at the Anne St location, and have always had great service. The staff are very friendly and always helpful. Although I no longer need to rent a unit, I highly recommend this location, and wouldn't hesitate to rent here again.

The staff has always been friendly and helpful at this location. I feel safe accessing my unit and it's obvious Access works to maintain and upgrade the property. I highly recommend it.

They don't listen... I've been called almost daily And I keep telling the them to take me off alt contact list. They hung up on me. Next time someone calls me they're getting ripped a new one and I don't even care anymore

A pristine rental unit I've had since 2020 amidst the pandemic. It's been impeccably clean, and I've had no encounters with any unwanted pests – all due to the smart storage in plastic bins! The customer service is very friendly and easy to communicate with.

I needed somewhere to store some of my Mom's things while we were selling her house and resituating her to her new place. We had a small unit for about 2.5/3 months. When moving her, we went to the unit and it was COVERED in rat feices and pee with destroyed and chewed boxes and clothing.
When complaining, their attitude was basically "sorry, nothing we can do", and stated that they moved the rat boxes because they are getting ready to repave. So gross. It smelt horrible and we now need to wash everything.
