Personal service and convenience are what sets Storwell apart. I recently wanted to consolidate two units. Laura made it very easy and took the time to show me several alternatives. She also assured me that it would be easy to downsize, if that is what we need. She was a delight to work with.
We like the fact that every unit is at ground level and it is never more than 10m from car to unit. Add 24-hour and 365-day access and you understand the convenience.

I had a great experience at this self storage. Laura and Maysa were amazing — they explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made the whole process super easy. They’re both very friendly and professional. I highly recommend this place and will definitely support their business again
Laura and Ilona were absolutely extraordinary helping me find a unit today!!! Couldn't be happier, amazing service, extremely fast in process and a complete pleasure talking with the two staff members I met today! Great location and accessibility, fantastic rates and by far the best staff in the West end. The staff, very polite and well spoken. Ilona initially took my call and within a short time I was ready to go (thank you sooooo much for your assistance) and Laura put all the paperwork together in such a timely fashion!

I just rented a unit from this location and I have say that I'm extremely satisfied with the whole experience I had from the very start.
I've rented storage units many times in the past from other companies but these guys are very easy going process and very safe and secured place.

A returning customer! Great location for our needs. Spacious and clean storage units so I feel assured that our belongings are safe. Also friendly and attentive service from office staff.
Very happy with the service provided. The facility is convenient as all storage lockers are on the ground floor so tits easy to load and unload. Security is enforced and all costs were well explained by Ilona. For these reasons I highly recommend this place for storage rental (long or short).
Needed short term storage in a hurry for a garage renovation. Ilona offered a great deal on a 4 week rental for a 10x15 unit.
Clean, well maintained facility that is easy to navigate. There is regular traffic, but never had any issues accessing the unit.
Even with the insurance coverage and well fitting lock (provided) it worked out much better than 2 other places I looked at in the area (Mimico). Would use again, would recommend.

Excellent service. Laura, Ilona, and Maysa were all very patient with my mother and I with our storage needs. They very carefully detailed the contract so that my mother could understand what she was signing. We really appreciate your excellent service!

We were here since 2017 and we never had an issue. The staff is very nice and helpful. The unit is big and easy to access. Very well maintained for the conditions.
