Great location and accessibility, fantastic rates and by far the best staff in the West end. The staff, very polite and well spoken. Ilona initially took my call and within a short time I was ready to go (thank you sooooo much for your assistance) and Laura put all the paperwork together in such a timely fashion!

I just rented a unit from this location and I have say that I'm extremely satisfied with the whole experience I had from the very start.
I've rented storage units many times in the past from other companies but these guys are very easy going process and very safe and secured place.

A returning customer! Great location for our needs. Spacious and clean storage units so I feel assured that our belongings are safe. Also friendly and attentive service from office staff.
Very happy with the service provided. The facility is convenient as all storage lockers are on the ground floor so tits easy to load and unload. Security is enforced and all costs were well explained by Ilona. For these reasons I highly recommend this place for storage rental (long or short).

Excellent service. Laura, Ilona, and Maysa were all very patient with my mother and I with our storage needs. They very carefully detailed the contract so that my mother could understand what she was signing. We really appreciate your excellent service!

All information provided to me at the time of signing remained consistent and genuine. I highly recommend Storwell and their 5+ star service!

We were here since 2017 and we never had an issue. The staff is very nice and helpful. The unit is big and easy to access. Very well maintained for the conditions.

this is such a good storage facility. Good clean well maintained spaces. You have access to your stuff 24/7 365 days. The staff is friendly and helpful, specially Maysa!

Excellent, clear very helpful service from Ilona and Laura! Very fair pricing in comparison to other facilities in the area.
I just started renting space from these guys and so far the experience is right on point. They were more and transparent with any questions and concerns and made sure to state any other relevant concerns I failed to ask, right up front as I signed up. So far they have been quite accommodating to the extent that; even my leaving of this very review, is met with a tangible thank you. Pleased so far and expect to remain that way.

I chose Storwell Etobicoke because the location is great (right beside the highway exit), their prices are very competitive, they have a wider range of unit sizes than other places in the area, and the facility is very well kept. But the best thing about this place is the awesome staff: Laura was incredibly friendly and helpful, was happy to show us a bunch of options, and just made the whole process super easy. Highly recommended!
