I must say, when I first started calling around to have someone look at my basement I was very concerned and scared to let some random person into my house. I was also worried that I would be quoted for work that was not needed just to make money. When I contacted Omni basement systems, through google, they got back to me within the same day! They were able to set me up with a date and time for an appointment that worked best for me, and it was also very comforting knowing that they we're sending me a package with information that included the Reps photo that was coming to my house. They were patient and made sure they listened to all my issue's and got all my information to reassure me that the rep will definitely show up, and not just say they will and then no one comes. Which I have experience with other companies. The quote was very reasonable and he explained everything to myself and my husband! So there was no confusion on the products. We are very happy with the results and would recommend then to our friends and family!
