I'm surprised by the bad reviews. Mine experience was the opposite, including a post-purchase call on how-to cut porcelain tiles. Very courteous and helpful.
I've been shopping for tiles all week and have gone to many different tile shops.
My experience here was terrible. The staff obviously are unexperienced and indifferent.
The general manager is a hag! really mean and angry.
Save your self the trouble and go to one of the many other suppliers in town.
Half star is too good of a rating.
The deals are not that great either.

The product at Tiles for Less was good, however they failed to mention that the product I ordered was subject to a 'special' policy. I only found this out when I was returning an unused portion of the product. Watch out!
This place has amazing prices and good selection. A wonderful find in Vancouver!
