It will take a lot of your time to book an appointment by phone. After you arrive at your scheduled time, you will be waiting for a doctor for maybe an hour or so. Your visit will last 5 to 10 minutes (after at least one and a half hours of waiting near telephone and in the clinic, and an hour driving to/from the clinic).
