I was a potential customer ready to switch my family of 6 to Bell Mobility from Telus since our home phone, business phone and satellite was already with Bell. While waiting for the rest of my family to arrive at the Mall, the owner of this franchise has rudely told me to move my cart away and kicked it and told me that this space is what she is paying for and move it out of that spot and went back into the store and shouted profanity in front of her employess. I'm not quite sure who she was trying to impress but when confronted with her trailer park trash behaviour, she mumbled ya and walked away. I do believe that Bell should screen who they sell their franchises to and to make sure that a little bit of class and consideration should be included. Bell just lost 6 customers to their Mobility services. I will never deal with Bell of this store again not to mention that word of mouth travels and will let everyone know that the owner of this store is nothing but a classless swine who owns it. I am back with Telus and plans might be a little more expensive but I get treated with respect and kindness.
