Staples

Was having difficulty ordering a toner from the online pick-up in store option. Called the store several times and no one would answer. Went over to Staples and asked for help with the website to order a toner to pick up in store. Was directed to Kurt. He would not help without directing me to a computer with a kiosk to pay for the time. He said I needed the credit card that would pay for the item. I told him the credit card information and account information is on our business profile and he suggested I was trying to commit fraud. For a toner?! I had identification, the matching credit card information, login information, business card, etc. and he would not help. Extremely disappointed and displeased with how I was treated. Way to go Kurt, you did Staples proud.....
