Zyonic Technical Solutions LLC, conceptually founded by La Juan Harris on January 12, 1999, established under the name Zyonic Technical Services as a limited liability company on August 23, 2010, then later incorporated on September 25, 2012, was designed to provide a wide range of premium technical solutions to residential customers, start-up companies, and small to medium-sized businesses at affordable rates. Information Technology is a rapidly evolving creature with it’s hand in almost every aspect of human existence. We have witnessed the computer advance from a large, room-sized mainframe, to a hand-held smart phone in just 20 years. Our ability to provide high-end solutions for the small business and consumer sectors at a very competitive rate continually gives ZTS the edge we need in surpassing our competition. Integrity and diligence are two of our most imperative characteristics that we provide to each customer. Non-informed or less technologically savvy clients are more vulnerable to poor technology management, which can lead to outrageous costs. In our approach, we find the solution that fits the customer’s needs. ZTS also believes in maintaining a very communicable relationship with our customers by providing regular updates and professional advice as to services needed or rendered.
