End of the roll downtown Victoria is an extremely clean and organized store with great sales staff who know lots and are ready to help you at any time. the below comments are unfortunate, but this store has come a long way since, and i would definitely recommend!
I purchased carpet and installation three years ago. Dispite numerous calls to the installer and Chilliwack location I still haven't received the boarders at my doorways. I even went to and agreed to install the boarders myself if End of the Roll supplys them. While Chris Batel agreed to give me the material. He says that he is out of stock and would call me when it comes in. I have been waiting for Chris's call back for almost two months now. I would never buy from this company again,

End of the Roll is commission-based. If you talk to one salesperson, even just to get preliminary information, others won't touch you in subsequent visits. Even if on your return visit the original salesperson is busy and other salespeople are milling around with nothing to do.
