I’ve rented at this Public Storage location for quite a while. The facility is always clean and well maintained, which I appreciate. In the past, I avoided going into the office because I found the staff unwelcoming. However, on a recent visit I was pleasantly surprised to be greeted with a smile by the most delightful young lady. Her friendly and welcoming attitude made a big difference and really improved my experience.

I have had a storage locker at this location for a while now staff is friendly. Emma is excellent, was able to make quick changes and pivot for me efficiently. The units are super clean nice and warm in the winter highly recommend.

This is my 3rd self storage experience and is the best. I feel this is an honest and reliable partner trying to give you the best deal with no shoulder shrugging "ain't my job" nonsense. Many years of experience and true grit is on tap in this location, when dealing with clients and provides me the confidence I'm dealing with the right establishment.
There was much to learn about the industry "norms" from the 1st two storage providers. Contracts that required you to hold the owner of the storage harmless in ANY event, I was refused insurance coverage by my house insurance due to this fact. For example if your neighbor accused you that your stored materials cause them harm you must pay the bills to defend the owner and yourself. Most people don't read the agreements upfront or don't see them until you have already committed. Public Storage has them on their website to view in advance. That is honesty and integrity in a highly competitive market.
Watch out for 28 day payment cycles when many providers substitute words such as monthly for this low value and a 12 month rental is 29 days short of a whole year but not at Public Storage they renew on the day of the month giving you a full 365 days.
I hope you decide to choose this enterprise first and save yourself the headaches in advance and avoid the issues I had to learn on my own.

Staff member so helpful in determining the size of unit I needed and so efficient on renting me that unit on the spot. We completed our rental recently and the exit process was very easy. The only drawback for me was the smell of moth balls. It absorbs into furniture until it airs out.

I had a great experience with trying to find a storage space for my RV. I had a place lined up and at the day I went to drop my RV off I was told my spot was taken with no prior notice....
I called out to Public Storage and from start to finish I felt like I was in good hands.
