Horrible service on Dundas in Mississauga. Also terrible service with customer complaint line. I ordered a vent for my hood. They called me Tuesday for pick
Up. I told them I will pick up Friday as I’m closing a new house that day close by. I hired a kitchen company to come in for Saturday to do work which included installing my vent.
I go to pick up Friday. I am asked three times if someone already picked it up. They realize they had given my order to someone else. They told me to come back next week. Another lady tried lying to me and said it’s not in yet. Too bad I had message on my phone from three days earlier for pick up. Good attempt at trying to cover up your mess.
I said no. I already paid a kitchen company to install and they are going to be there 9am
They advise me they have it in stock
At the Mississauga warehouse twenty minutes away.
I told them it’s heavy traffic and I’m waiting to hear from my lawyer to pick up my keys in Oakville.
I asked them to deliver tomorrow morning. They called delivery service who simply said NO! The cut off time was noon. Like really?? It’s 2:30pm and the store messed up big time! Not to mention I’m coming from
Caledon with little kids.
The store promises they will call me in ten minutes and SURPRISE SURPRISE no call!
I call customer complain line. After talking to a woman for 16 minutes of what had happened, she asks me if I still have the box for the vent???? Was she not listening to a word I was saying???!! After 15 minutes of hold, the lady told me her manger said there is nothing he can do. It will deliver on Monday. I asked to speak to him and he wouldn’t come to the phone. She took my number and said he would call me
In 5-10 minutes. I said he wouldn’t, she assured. To no surprise he never called. I asked for them to install for free on Monday as I’m losing money with the kitchen company. Manger said no. Wouldn’t pay $167 to make things right. I’m going to share my story with everyone!!
I requested number for head office to escalate matter and was told that customer service doesn’t have the number or email.

I ordered from him last early this week for a dishwasher, a range and a "hood" for this coming Monday delivery and Tuesday installation. In the following two day I was asked which I did to confirm the above info.
Yesterday I got a very rude and insensitive customer service person by the name of Michael
Now it turn out that nobody including me know when my original order will be delivred and installed. It has two be two days in a row
Please make sure that Andy gets rewarded and complimented on his salesmanship and ensure that "Michael" gets reprimanded for his rudeness and insensitivity

Purchased a 6 burner Miele stove top from Tasco location at Dundass Street Mississauga in 2019 and till date have issues , we have called the Miele technician 3 time and the issue is still not fixed and next week will be calling again for the same issue the burners this will 4th time, completely dissatisfied with the product and no assistance from Tasco. at the time of the sale everyone is nice now when there is a problem ther is no help

Moved in to a brand new condo in Etobicoke in February (California Condos). All appliances were supplied by Tasco and ownership transferred to me. From day one the fairly inexpensive Frigidaire fridge was making abnormal noise while operating. Like having a huge boiling pot of water boiling all the time in the kitchen. Called Debbie at appliance service at Tasco. She sent a repair person within 1-2 weeks. The repair person did not even want to listen top the problem and said straight out that he can't do anything. I called Debbie back and experienced the worst customer service call I had in my entire life. She was very rude, threatening to hang up and telling me to fix it myself if i'm so sure that there is a -problem. After complaining to the builder they send their consultant Sebastian and he acknowledged that there is really abnormal noise coming from the fridge. We even made sound recordings. They send out the same repair guy twice, but again without any attempt to diagnose, he replaced some parts but the noise is still there. I asked him to replace the fridge since after 3 repair calls it could not be fixed. He said he will see and call me. I waited several weeks but no call. Finally when I called I was told that Sebastian is no longer with the company. So I asked to speak with his supervisor and was told to speak with Barb. After explaining everything from scratch she said she will see if she can get the fridge replaced and call me back. At this point this is going on for 6 months and all the time I live in a small condo with a very loud fridge. After a couple weeks with no call back I called her again and she said they will not replace the fridge since it is cooling they consider it operational irrelevant of the abnormal noise plus I have it already such a long time, even I complained about it from the first day I moved in my condo. So I will have to purchase a new fridge since I cant stand the noise, but not before I submit a complaint to Better Business bureau and Tarion new home warranty. It is not about the money, but about principals and this company poor customer service.
Hired this company to design and install our dream kitchen. All was good at first while they worked to gain our trust and business. Once the contract was signed, the attitude changed drastically. Timelines were missed over and over, delivery of the cabinets was incomplete, yet were were still made to pay the next deposit, in cash. The install was never completed and during negotiations to have the job completed, they threatened a lien on our property if we did not pay the remaining balance, in cash, before they would return. Even after full payment and then some, after they invented 'additional charges', we ended up picking up the remaining cabinets and having to install them ourselves. WOW what a letdown.
They overcharge (one appliance was $2200 which was $600 over MSRP)
They don't service the warranty ad will find ANY excuse to get out of it, even when there is NOTHING in the warranty that says that what happened was excluded.
Stay away, there are a lot of better places to go.
