Today I had a very good experience dealing with the Manager Guy and his colleague Ben.
I say today since it’s getting very rare that a team of workers are both welcoming and helpful and I didn’t felt that I was disturbing them.
To whom is at the top of this organization I hope you are aware of the asset for your organization these guys are.
Patient, friendly and very helpful.

I wanted to mention this public storage, the unit was so clean , secure and front desk people so helpful.

I recently hired this moving company to help with my move from a 1-bedroom apartment to a storage unit, and I couldn't be happier with the experience.

Movers disassembled my bed and wrapped all of my items with shrink wrap, ensuring everything was well-protected. The unloading and stacking in the storage unit was done carefully and efficiently. The move was completed within the agreed-upon time and budget. I highly recommend One Day Movers for anyone looking for reliable and efficient movers!

U get what u pay for ..service is excellent
Eric has been there since my first day 5 years ago .
He was always proactive in helping me choose the right sized units .
Moore important he takes pride in his work .
Always welcoming ...I think he's from the east coast ..friendly ,helpful .

A public disposable bin could be provided .

The lack of heat and sufficient air con in summer ...is back to what u pay for is what u get .
The lockers are huge ..very deep .
For 249$ tax included u can fit all your personal items ..minus all the useless sofas and dining sets people should toss anyways . Clients bring mostly old crap ...the smaller lockers (mines is doable with box springs etc but it's good to have a table and stack to the ceiling .
Advice is to get the second up from smallest public storage locks .
Security cameras r in place of recently but
Be careful at night of piggy back trespass cars . For a female alone ..I don't recommend it ..as there r no safety pull stns ..there is a live inhouse staff so I don't know why there isn't .
The cleaners do keep a clean washroom but the hallways r pathetically dirty .

What I see is that there r no Orientals hired except one in the whole chain of public storage .

The present group are a bit of cleaning slobs .
I keep an eye out ..as I am at my locker everyday .
As I have recently moved to a smaller locker I appreciate the Managers help
Eric he rocks .

I got to know the site boss ...totally intelligent guy . There's live animate security ..so thieves good luck .

This is a fantastic place to store your belongings! The staff were incredibly friendly, polite, and helpful. They took the time to ensure I was completely satisfied with my storage choice and offered a variety of options, including different insurance plans and storage room sizes. A special shout-out to Anna—she was absolutely wonderful and went above and beyond to assist me. Highly recommend!

Helpful/friendly staff. I prefer this Jefferson Avenue location because they have variety in the sizes of units I require, there's more than one building so plenty of units. Additionally, there is access to a clean restroom 🚻 until the gate closes off for the night which is important.

I recently used One Day Movers and Public Storage for a move from my house to a storage unit in toronto, and the experience was excellent! One Day Movers handled everything with care, packing and transporting my belongings to the storage facility efficiently. They even disassembled large furniture with ease. Once there, I rented a unit at Public Storage, which was clean, secure, and easy to access. Both companies provided exceptional service, making the entire process seamless and stress-free. Highly recommend them for anyone needing moving and storage solutions!

Important to note that this stuff all belongs to someone whose unit is about 20ft away from where they left the rest of their belongings. When I requested to change my locker location I was met with a no because I had taken advantage of the 3 month promotion that is offered.

Update: after seeing the review the management took action and the space near my locker was cleared.

Amazing experience! Moving is stressful but the team at public storage made it much better. Thankful for their kindness and all their help. Ben and Gee were the employees that helped make my experience a great one.

I had a terrific experience here. Really friendly and helpful staff! Super convenient to move things in and out as well. I never had trouble finding parking. They also have utility carts you can borrow.

I used public storage this year to "purge" my home before selling it. The team was super helpful in finding me the right size for my needs, and they made checking in and leaving the unit incredibly easy. The rates were reasonable. It was a great experience, and I highly recommend them.

I chose them because they had a good promotion. Even though they made a little mistake when setting me up, the manager called me and solved right away. I left my stuff there for 2 months and a half when I was in the process of moving/traveling and everything was well stored, no insects or other animals. All good and nice people! :) Would definitely use again if I need.

Just had the best experience renting storage here. Eric and Ashwanth were super nice to work with. I am a first time renter so he took me through everything step by step, let us see a couple units until we found the perfect one, talked us through the paperwork, explaining everything super clearly and answering every single question I had. Very professional, very welcoming, the space is secure and tidy, price is reasonable for the good location. Does auto payments which is super convenient. You can bring your own lock, gates open for access 5am-10pm daily, lots of space for loading. The best feature is you can reserve your spot in advance so you don’t have to pay until you need it but it will be ready for you.

Great clean and secure storage - I would recommend from this perspective. You get your own access code to access to gates and there are sensors that track when you access your locker. Beware of the traffic to get in/out of this location given the limited roads in and out of liberty village and the constant construction efforts or road closures. If you're working with movers, this location will easily +30 mins or an hr to your time compare to another location.

The people that work at 24 Jefferson Ave are awesome. Always there to help and they never miss your call. Also keep the place very clean. Can't beat the location, price and the best part is the early and late gate hours. They have an extra 4 hours compaired to any storage downtown that I know of. I can't imagine using any other storage after my experience here. Thank you Jefferson team 😃

Registering for my storage space about 4 years ago went very smoothly and I was well informed about the contract. I believe I was helped by Danny at the time. When I closed my account, the process was very smooth and straightforward. The representative I dealt with was Susie, and she was very helpful and pleasant to deal with. I’m very satisfied with my experience at Public Storage.

This review is long overdue; Dunsin is the man and he helped me find a great deal on a giant storage space, which far exceeded my minimum requirements. For those living in Liberty Village, the location can't be beat so you should not forget to take a look here if you need a storage solution.

I signed my lease agreement with Twyla back in November and she was super helpful! She was really thorough and made sure I understood everything. Fast forward to today, ended my lease and the process took less than 5 minutes. 100% would recommend!

eric and malki were so helpful. eric led me up to show me my unit and was so sweet and fun throughout the entire visit. the cost of the unit with the offer the PS was providing falls right within my budget and makes me happier about choosing Public Storage.
