I called with a question then went in to pay for my unit. I just love talking to Janice and Chris. They are both so friendly and are always patient with their clients. I would recommend Blackfoot Public Storage to my friends and family members in a heartbeat. 10 out of 10 everytime!

I stayed here at least 7 months and they’re very friendly, when I missed to call them a day or 2 they understand and still happy to help and explain clearly in nicely manner on how payment can be adjusted. I’m one of their happy customers would love to thumbs up Janice 👍👍👍 who makes me feel great everytime I make changes on payments she’s the best 👍👍👍

Excellent service from Janice Hood and Chris Hagel, They showed us the facilities at PUBLIC STORAGE. Highly recommended. Great promotion for the first month of rent. I went with my son to buy some boxes for our move. We still haven't found a place to move to, and due to work issues, we needed to rent a space to leave our furniture and belongings at this storage facility... and we were surprised by the great offer. The kindness and cordiality with which we were treated. We are very grateful.

The folks at Public Storage were so helpful and quick to get me set up I was able to purchase everything I needed onsite and load in the same day. The location is secure and easy to access, clean and a nice size, not so huge that you’re instantly lost ;) also the intro deals were well worth it!

Public storage has been such an amazing experience for us! Having a delay in getting into our facility Janice & Chris helped us get into a unit that was the perfect size. They have treated us with the utmost professionalism balanced with enthusiasm and personality! Before this experience I didn’t think I would be excited to rent a self storage unit.

literally the best storage locker place because of the staff (and pricing), my family members and i have been coming here for various reasons over many years and it’s always been smooth.

most recently, we needed to rent a locker to put stuff for our new home into. but when i realized we needed more space for our current home stuff for a short time they found a perfect solution for me that was the easiest. moving is a lot of work, especially with 2 young kids and Janice (my first locker) and then Chris (my second needed locker) were both super helpful, friendly and informative for pricing and transparency for finding me what i needed.

every time we go in it’s always smiles and laughter. an awesome vibe from the staff and the cutest decorations!

Reception upon arriving was welcoming and was made easy as far as paperwork went and understanding terms of the rental. Also was taking to the storage unit to see it first before accepting it. I had a trailer attached to a U Haul truck and I was able to manouver around the lot without much difficulty. While we were unloading the woman from the office offered us water which was great as it was getting warm. Nothing but compliments and so far nothing negative to complain about.

Janice and Chris are unlike any other! They are truly patient, thorough, and have a level of customer service and care that is unparalleled. They are always so friendly and so amazing every time I go into the office or to my unit. Public Storage Blackfoot is the way to go because of them! Thank you for making my stay and day, team :)

I received the best customer service I have ever had in my life here at this Public storage. Beyond the presence of smiling to customers just because you have to, I did not get that impression here at all. It was purely AMAZING people with IMPECCABLE people relations. Janice, Chris and Laura were extremely nice and helpful in getting me the space that was right for me. They did not have to but they went above to recommend moving services to me as well. The connection I felt here was genuine and I could not have gotten this service elsewhere for sure especially because it was end of shift - where I was completely exhausted. 100% recommend!

My experience with Janice, Chris and Jay at the Blackfoot SE, Calgary location thus far has been very welcoming.
Janice takes great pride in the place that she manages which one can see upon entering.
The place is kept clean, smells nice and the washroom facilities are also top notch clean. People on may restaurant establishments can take so.e lessons. Ha!
Everyone is exceptionally customer oriented... Friendly, engaging, all have a great sense of humor. Most refreshing considering the world we live in today whereby people have forgotten that customers are extremely important to business.
For all the reasons above, I decided to proceed with this storage facility.
Such a pleasure dealing with such a great team. Therefore. Have faith my belongings will be cared for.

Janice and Chris were awesome people to deal with, they made you feel like family. I had never rented a storage unit before so I wasn't sure what was involved but Janice explained everything I needed to know and more. The storage unit was very clean and security sounds top notch, I would highly recommend Public Storage, the staff were very helpful and friendly.

We had a great customer service experience today at Public Storage on Blackfoot Trail SE Calgary. Everything was well explained to us and they took the time to make sure we were happy with the storage unit and answered all our questions before we left. Thank you to Carmen and Janice for making a stressful situation so much more pleasant!

This is the 2nd time I've used Public Storage and they were excellent to deal with again. Easy to set up the auto payments and find a unit to suit are needs and even easier to cancel when we were able to move out. Would use again if needed!

We've been with them since 2022. Trust me, they are incredible to work with. Over the past two years, Janice has been exceptionally helpful. If we ever need storage place again, we will definitely return.

Had a fantastic experience with Crystal and Janice. Customer service is typical in the service industry but the customer service I received here was exceptional a very rare thing. Had many laughs and felt I was attended to completely. Will certainly recommend this location with these fine ladies. Public storage is very lucky to have these two on payroll a asset to the company.

The best customer service and care around, period. The facility is super clean, professional, secure and we are always greeted by Janice and Crystal who are AMAZING.
