Half Price Books

The middle aged woman at this place is rude. I brought in books to sell and she treated me with great disrespect. She even scoffed at me with two other ladies. She said that she was busy so we arranged for me to leave the books & come back later. When I came back she said that I was interrupting her lunch. I told her that I could come back but she said, "It's too late now." She then offered me a store credit of $12 or $6 cash for 12 kid's books in perfect condition. I took my books back & left this sorry excuse for a business. She should be fired. If I could give it a negative star I would.

This bookstore has a large selection of half-price childrens' books, health and adult-related books and mystery novels, romance novels and seasonal themed magazines and books. It features learning games and learning cards for math, spelling, french etc. It also sells fun activity sets, calendars and childrens puzzles. It is one of my favourite bookstores and it is also my twelve year old daughter's favourite stores. I would highly recommend it to children and adults of all ages.
