Checked around other hot tub stores and finally found the best in Oakville......Jacuzzi
Melanie (salesperson) was very knowledgeable and friendly. She gave us time to look around and ask many questions which she had all the answers. She left us alone to talk and did not bother or pressure us into signing anything.
We came back a week later after doing lots of research and bought the hot tub. We have had it now for about 2 months and love it.
We are so happy we wanted to let everyone know our experience with Melanie and Jacuzzi.

We purchased our hot tub from Jacuzzi Oakville a little over 2 years ago. Our experience has been fantastic. The hot tub has far exceeded our expectations and we were very surprised how little maintenance it is. We purchased the J-355 model and it is the best decision in terms of investing in our health and well being. Never thought I would ever use it in the winter - it is our favourite time to enjoy it. The service at the Oakville store is amazing. Staff is very professional and knowledgeable.
