Beachcomber Hot Tubs

Purchased a tub from Beachcomber. Was very specific to what features I wanted on my tub. When I received it the lighting package was not what I had thought they had ordered for me. It was a fairly easy fix though, one the sales guy who sold me the tub said he would take care of.
Then the owner stepped in. He said the issue would be rectified...at MY expense.
I decided at that time to exercise the 30 Day Money Back Guarantee. GUESS WHAT...you don't get all your money back. I am now facing over $600 in hidden fees.
They fail to tell you this while selling you the tub. They make it appear as if it is risk free. As soon as they have the tub paid for in full, seems like all concerns of my satisfaction went out the window.

BUYER BEWARE: It is NOT what it seems. The owner of this business, Rob, isn't out to make you a happy customer...he's out to make a quick buck...AT YOUR EXPENSE.

Great service, fantastic product. Friendly staff made is easy to choose our tub and we are very happy. Free water testing and information sessions really taught us how to properly care for our tub.
