Tippet-Richardson Limited

Just thought I would warn everyone out there: DON'T USE TIPPET RICHARDSON!!! I thought they were a big, established reliable company. Well....I am in Madrid, Spain and have been living in an empty apartment for two months waiting for my stuff. My e-mails and phone calls go unanswered and I just keep getting excuses for ridiculous delays. After I paid for the shipment to leave Toronto, it was bye bye. The most recent excuse is that the London contractors underestimated the size and so only half of my shipment will arrive next week. I had the stuff sent on December 20th!!! It is completely insane and I have never experienced a more unprofessional and unreliable company. Try eating off plastic plates with no clothes, furniture or anything for two months and you will understand my anger. I just hope the company suffers some loss of business for treating me so badly. Try a different company.

To whoever wrote the negative review on this website: Assuming you have legitimate concerns, please contact the Tippet-Richardson branch that you arranged your move with. I am sure they will do everything possible to assist you with your concerns.
