I love this place because of how accessible and friendly the staff is. I bought everything I needed for my aquarium here, and if I have any problems with the water, they provide free advice and recommendations so that your fish are happy in your own aquarium.

3 lion head bunnies crammed in a small glass cage, no food, water, or new litter. They are trying to eat hay drenched in feces and urine. One has a matted fur underneath his chin drenched and wet. This is seriously disgusting, there was another bunny with very little room, crammed in another tiny cage, with only pellets. They are supposed to have 80% unlimited hay, and 10% of unlimited veggies. I hope they start taking caged animals (Prey) seriously and have stricted policies towards the care of prey animals as they have delicate bodies and their diet and environment has to be cautiously provided and maintained, I’m so heartbroken for these poor babies.

We had such a fantastic experience with Muhammad, Nicholas, and Brandon! They were all incredibly helpful not just in guiding us through setting up our aquarium, but also in getting our kids genuinely excited about the whole process. They made everything super easy and fun. They were all very informative in their own ways about the types of fish we were interested in as well as which to stay clear of based on our preferences. My review is based off of the small animal care. I honestly thought PetSmart was bad with their enclosures, but this place is truly disgusting. When you walk towards the small pet section of the store, you’re greeted with a strong scent of urine. A tiny glass tank with 3 rabbits in it. No space to even explore. A small cage with a white rabbit in it, no toys, no enrichment, there’s urine in the corner on the plastic. The hamster enclosure TRULY broke my heart, after seeing it, this is when I decided that I’m not giving this place my business. Only a water bottle and a small wheel. The wheel size is too small for a Syrian hamster. Also, they’re called Syrian hamsters, not teddy bear hamsters. The mesh on the wheel has been discontinued by majority of pet stores due to the causal effect of a hamster developing bumble foot: in short this is because the pressure of the feet on the mesh leads to a skin condition and can further progress to infections on the feet. There’s not a single toy in this cage, hamsters need chew toys to naturally keep their teeth trim and avoid overgrowth. It’s a small enclosure, the minimum size is 100cm x 50 cm and this is wayyyy below that, even for a baby hamster this is neglect. I can’t imagine the stress these animals are in and if this is how these animals are displayed to the public, I don’t even want to think about how these the conditions these sweet animals must be facing behind closed doors from this corporation. Absolutely unacceptable.
