Your info is so outdated-You know longer include your pet dept or if it has specails.in fact on the store list-i see nothing indicating pet supplies also available.
If its closing-You should be making Effort to tell us reguler so called vip customers.
I bough an aquarum 30 & prior to the location your at a 50 on the young street loction . I love my fish-I also love my 2 working dog mini poodles both I rescued from puppy mills-1 a therepy dog times 4 years now the other learning to be my husbands personal service dog.

Back when I 1st found your stores-it was super friendly and fantastic-now I need to bring my own flashlight-your staff should be able to leand them-put a check mark-to be sure the flashlights returned wth the persons fish order.

Lastly-why dont you have a marked handycappped parking place-at kennady rd-they say on the sidewwalk-where u would block back doors come on really.

Your staff still get 5 stars they are great-very helpful-very thoughtfull & Not pushy like those untrained students in a superpets store.

An excellent place for reptiles. Purchased a snake this past Saturday, and she's doing extremely well. Could not be more pleased. Alex, the reptile dept. manager was very helpful and attentive. nnVery glad to shop here, and I will be coming back regularly.

I frequented this location originally because it was closest to me. But after visiting the other ones, I will only go back to Scarborough because the people there are friendly and knowledgeable when you want to tred new waters with different things. Absolutely love coming here!
