We met with Daniel Maiorano the Sales Rep, he explained everything to us, whether to inject to fill the leakage or dig the foundation. We went with digging the foundation on the side. The team did an amazing job and such hard workers! Although the job is truly heavy lifting, etc. They were cheerful and very respectful. It was a pleasure having them do our job. I would recommend them to anyone who asks. Thank you all!

I would recommend RCC to anyone who needs waterproofing. I called when my basement had a leak coming through the wall. Daniel was the sales rep and he was great to deal with. He quickly came to see the leak, and gave quotes right away. He explained all the options, which helped me understand and pick the option that was best for me. Because my basement was unfinished, I decided to waterproof the entire basement before I get it finished.

We had RCC Waterproofing repair our weeping tile/drain and install a sump pump after flooding this summer. Daniel was very knowledgeable and thorough when doing the quote. He was also patient and timely when I reached out with any questions. We have had water coming into the basement of our family home for years. Finally we called RCC to come out and have a look. We were expecting the work to come with a major price tag, but the consultant Daniel gave us a few options and explained the pros and cons of each option. We called into RCC and Daniel came out to have a look at our basement. An internal system and battery backup sump pump was what we chose to fix the issue. I recently had waterproofing done in my garage and basement where there was a foundation crack that was separating. The Oakville crew were quick and professional and especially Chris who had the difficult task of repairing the basement in very tight quarters. I was referred to RCC by a family member and was incredibly impressed. I first met with Daniel who reviewed my current sump pump setup, listened to my concerns, and soon followed up with a set of options and quotes. Daniel answered all my immediate and follow questions, provided great advice and all of this before any deposit was paid.
On installation day, Marco arrived as scheduled (actually slightly early which worked perfectly), fully prepared, and took the time to review the system again with me, answer questions and provide more details. He installed the system quickly, was thorough and tested the system multiple times.

Impressed. Rick and I traded phone calls and texts and he showed up after I closed the deal on a 1970 custom built home after a home inspection report identified water damage in the basement drywall. The basement had a bit of a smell and minor mold was detected. We thought we needed crawlspace encapsulation. He quickly concluded that the crawlspace was not a problem and simply recommended a good dehumidifier. He tested the wall and found water in the drywall - and recommended waterproofing the rear wall of the basement. He said the front was fine. Sent the quote, signed docusign and paid a deposit online. The crew showed up on time and worked like madmen! WOW. Hand dug, a lot of sand that had to be reinforced while they waterproofed the concrete block wall. 3 days work for 3 guys not really taking much break at all. Rick had quoted a sump pump in advance if we needed it. We didn't. Nothing builds credibility more than a company that honestly tells you what you don't need to spend money on. The guys cleaned up really well and even waited for me to go and buy new landscaping fabric for my river rock to avoid weeds. It is not cheap, but this is a reliable quality company. If I don't post any reviews in the rainy spring of 2024, you'll know they fixed the two reported cracks very well !

my cold room in the basement has been leaking water and we couldn't figure out where it was coming from. We contacted RCC, a call back was setup and within the day Den contacted me, a site visit was set up where he explain the situation and set my expectation. That very afternoon we received pricing. 10% deposit paid and next day Den called me to schedule the job. The job was schedule for saturday, Darwins crew arrived early, they were polite and very helpful. the made sure to clean up the job site also. Doing business with RCC has been so easy because of Den and Darwin's crew.

This is the 2nd time we needed a company to repair a basement leak from the inside. Don't know why we didn't call RCC the first time but thankfully, we called this time and are so glad we did so.
DO NOT WASTE your time calling anyone else! We were impressed by all staff involved, starting with our first phone call.
The Sales Rep/Consultant who came to our home to review the issue was so professional and took the time to answer all of our questions speaking in terms that we were able to easily comprehend. He is a long-term employee and started at a junior position and worked his way up which made him the perfect person to walk us through the process.
Day of the scheduled work arrived and the guys arrived early. Once they started, they didn't stop until they completed the work. Very hard & impressive workers. We appreciated the respect they showed for our home & were very pleased with their workmanship.
Their charges are quite competitive......so CALL!
Hopefully, we won't experience another leak, but if we do, RCC is the only company we'll contact as the staff knows what they're doing! Thank goodness.

Great to work with! Our sales rep Daniel explained our options in detail so we can make an informed decision. Once all was booked, Darwin and crew showed up on the scheduled date, on time, and began their work. Didn’t take long at all and they left the area very clean, almost looks untouched except for the two spots that they worked on. Very professional work, and would certainly recommend RCC to others.
