Our experience with RCC was very good. Our waterproofing consultant Kurt Tamowski came to our house explained the issues we were having with our cold storage room and our window well, and the procedures needed to fix them. He was very knowledgeable and explained the procedure required to fix them. He gave us a quote and a time line for when it would be done. We were contacted on schedule and given a day for the work to be done. On that day Troy the team leader from St. Catherine showed up on time as did his crew from Toronto. They proceeded to complete the work exactly as Troy explained to us. Troy and his team worked very hard, were very professional and very friendly. They treated our home with respect and clean up was amazing. I would highly recommend RCC to all our friends.

Its been a few weeks since our basement leak repair and no water in sight. So its safe to write this review about RCC Waterproofing and their services. They did a great job and we are happy with fix. No more wet basement.
RCC is one of the best waterproofing companies here in the St. Catharines area. They did our underpinning and then wrapped our basement in membrane to make sure it was all ready to be finished. The process took a while but that's the nature of basement lowering jobs and they did a quality job doing everything. Sam was great to correspond with during the whole process. Couldn't be happier with the job done here.
Jeff and his crew did a fantastic with the basement foundation repair. Thanks to them this was taken care of. I'm happy that RCC could still operate during these strange and uncertain times and they really helped out my family. Job well done.
Excellent service from the crews. This company took our wet basement issue and turned it around for us. They brought in a team to fix it and they did the job in two days. We don't have to worry about our foundation leaking anymore and it has a great warranty attached to the workmanship. Happy that we went with RCC Waterproofing.
We were looking for a waterproofing contractor to come and take care of this pesky reoccurring water leak when we stumbled on RCC on Google. We spoke with the rep in the area and let us know that they had solution to our problem and advised us on how to fix it. We decided to take the option to fix it on the inside and the team came shortly after to do the work. Our experience with the rep and crews were great and overall I felt good about the service we recieved.
RCC works quick considering how much feet of foundation they had to do. They showed up to our place (on time might I add) and brought a sizable crew and over 2 days' time they did three sides of our house. That includes digging, doing all the waterproofing work and putting everything back in. These guys were professionals. RCC has a great group of workers and should be proud. Thanks, RCC crews for you hard work.
Water coming into your house is a real disaster. At first we thought it was a plumbing issue but found out that it was coming from the foundation wall. Not good at all. We then reached out to RCC Waterproofing who confirmed our suspicions. We liked the price and lifetime warranty so we got them to come back and fix the leak from the inside of the basement. Since their visit we haven't had to worry about water at all. They did a very good job. We commend RCC on their work and professionalism.

Grew up in the same house in Ridgeway for a long time and it's just leaked now. Its held up for all these years but the water has started pooling up in a spot near an old window well. Instead of fixing it ourselves we opted to go with RCC because they offered these services. Not only did we get them to fix the window well, we sprung to fix the spot where we got water enter the home. They sealed from the inside of the house. The price was really good so we couldn't say no to the option. I am satisfied with the job done here thanks guys

Had a huge foundation crack found by the RCC guys when they dug up the side of our house. Good thing these guys were equipped to repair it cause it was a doozey and was letting in a lot of water on rainy days. RCC was super easy to work with when it came to the whole process. They worked diligently to repair the exterior of our home and seal it. I can't recommend them enough if you need this type of service. Give them a call cause they do excellent work.
We had waterproofing done by RCC because we had seepage in the basement. Jeffery Martin came and checked our outside and saw the crack. He determined what had to be done, gave us an estimate on the spot and said that we'd be called within 2 to 3 weeks to set a date. The crew came 2 days early because of another cancellation. They said it was a 4 hour job and they did it in 4 hours! They came at 8:30am and left at 12:30pm. The crew had to dig by hand beside the house right to the footings, working really hard. As the work progressed, they would call me over and show me what was being done and before they filled in the hole they showed me the final seal or rubber membrane, and put stones in the bottom of the hole and then filled it all in. They cleaned everything up and it was pristine when they left. I was very thrilled with their professionalism and how hard they worked to get it done. Thanks RCC!
Came in and completely redid the interior of my basement. Thanks to RCC for getting rid of the mildew and smell that kept building up downstairs. I really appreciate it guys!
Great work! RCC did a great job solving my basement leak issues by waterproofing the basement from inside. I haven't experienced any issues since they finished up and I know that if something does pop up the generous warranty will protect me. Thanks RCC
RCC was so great in getting my waterproofing issues taken care of. Richard came out and assessed my basement and said it was just a crack which is a fairly easy, half day job. The crew came out the following month after I agreed to the method Richard suggested, and dug down 7 feet as if it was a piece of cake! The membrane went up and the foundation looks spotless. They back filled the hole and left my property clean and tidy. What a great team, they were so kind and Richard really made me feel comfortable in my choice to work with you and your team.Thank you RCC
