We recently hired RCC to do waterproofing work on our house. From the very outset I was impressed by the friendly and supportive manner in which I was received by the front desk staff, Rita. I still remember her trying to allay my concerns when she said, “Don’t worry. We have your back.”Mauro, the RCC sales rep came to provide an estimate for the work. I found him to be knowledgeable, personable, and professional. In addition to providing a very detailed document outlining the work to be done he also provided us with a comprehensive brochure which describes the method and materials used by RCC. What we thought was a job which would take more than a week to complete was finished in two days. Team leader, Omar, was supportive and co-operative by leaving neighbours’ properties untouched. The completed work sites were in the end left immaculate. I was pleased with
the honesty and co-operation shown by Omar and Mauro when they
responded to my request to do some follow-up work. Rita was right- RCC does have your back and is committed to customer satisfaction.
When I put in a request for before and after photos of the job. Mauro responded the very next day by e-mailing dozens of photos showing the work done at various stages and from different angles of view. The fact that the work came along with a lifetime (of the house) guarantee was reassuring.
I would definitely recommend RCC for waterproofing projects based on their excellent communication, workmanship, service, and overall commitment to customer satisfaction.

Hired RCC to repair two small cracks in the house foundation. The quote was reasonable given the amount of work involved. The RCC team arrived early in the morning and did not finish the job until late afternoon. They worked extremely diligently, taking great pains to minimize any damage to the surrounding flower bed. They completed the job by cleaning up any debris that was left behind, and restored the foundation back to its original self. Highly recommend. There's a reason why they've been in business for as long as they have (over 100 years!).

Great job repairing our foundation leak. The area around the excavation was left exactly how it was prior to the work. Highly recommend this company.

RCC did some outside waterproofing under my deck in my backyard. Mauro (sales) assured me that I was in good hands. RCC contract stated that they would fix cut joists with joist hangers. They didn't repair the joists so instead they gave me a credit of $300. After calling some contractors, to fix the joists it will cost over $1000. Besides the joists not being repaired, Jessy and crew did a great job. Jessy was professional, he answered all my questions, Jessy and crew did a clean job. We just had a downpour yesterday, and so far, no leaks in the basement.

We just had exterior waterproofing done by RCC. Our sales consultant Mauro was excellent. Anthony Jr and his crew came and despite the heat had the work done and everything cleaned up within 2 days as promised.

I never post reviews but Anthony and crew were so amazing I felt obligated to post this review. I do most of my own renovations so I watched the guys all day and their attention to detail was great. From the start to clean up I was very impressed. It was a smooth process starting with Mauro and his timely estimate. Thank you RCC

I have used RCC Waterproofing for fixing basement wall water leaks in 2 different houses in the last 30 years and I haven’t regretted it. They continue to provide the best possible service at the best possible price. Most recently, in June 2025, Mauro the salesman gave me an excellent job estimate that I couldn’t refuse; during the at-home inspection, his knowledge and experience of the waterproofing business had me sold. The work crew Keem did a great job in finding the source of the water leak and fixing it, all in a fast and efficient manner. They also took the time to explain to me each of the project stages as they occurred. Thank you for leaving the job site neat and tidy.

Had a bad water leak in the basement. Called RCC, Mauro came for the examination and gave us an estimation. He was courteous and was able to explain to us the issue we experienced.

After waiting for the stated period, got a call from the office saying that the work could be started. The next day, Crew-Esburn arrived early in the morning. It was one of the hottest day in the year, 33+ degrees! The crew worked very fast and were very friendly. By noon, they have finished digging and sealing the crack on the foundation wall. In another 2 hours, they had refilled the hole compacted it and cleaned up the site. All was done efficiently, it was a great job! Hopefully, we will have no more water leak in the basement!

After the snow melted in 2025, we noticed a water leak in our basement storage room. Luckily the damage was minor, but our insurance company advised us to promptly repair the exterior wall due to the risk of future greater damage. RCC was recommended to us by 2 close friends, we made contact with Mauro, set up a meeting and soon after we scheduled a dig & repair date. The crew arrived on time and explained the repair procedure. Listening to the details involved it was clear that this crew was experienced and knew quite well how to solve the problem. We did various inspections throughout the day and found their workmanship was very good. They worked non-stop all day long until the repair and clean up were completed. We’re confident the problem was solved and water will be kept out next winter.

We have dealt with Den at RCC on several projects and it has been a pleasure. From the quotation to the end product, Den provides top-notch services and his guys are amazing.

We had a persistent leak in our foundation wall that was causing real stress, and RCC came through in the best possible way. From the initial inspection by Mauro to the construction and final cleanup by Chris and his crew, everything was handled with professionalism and care.

I had RCC Waterproofing seal a 7x7 area on the exterior of my home and I’m very happy with the whole experience. Mauro, the sales rep, was great—he explained the process clearly, including the warranty and payment, and made everything easy to understand. He told me the wait would be 4 to 6 weeks, but when I called to ask about cancellations, they fit me in early—just over 3 weeks later.

The crew, Simpson and Esburn, were amazing. They showed up on time, worked non-stop, and got the job done in about 4 hours. They were professional, let me check in and take photos, and cleaned up thoroughly afterward. These two are definitely the backbone of the company and deserve a raise!

Overall, I’m really satisfied with RCC and would definitely recommend them.

RCC Waterproofing and their Sales Rep Mauro and Micheal and crew, did an effective repair to my foundation in a timely manner. After they had finished all was cleaned up, neat and tidy.

I called RCC because of their reputation in the industry to come and look at a crack in my foundation. Mauro the consultant came and explained what needed to be done and provided a quote. I agreed on the quote which I thought was reasonable . After paying the deposit RCC had ‘Ontario One call locate’ here quickly. The job was scheduled promptly thereafter and Junior and his team came and repaired the crack in one day. They were respective when I asked questions and did a great job cleaning at the end.
Everyone at the office was easy to deal with and Rita even sent me pictures of repairs done that were were taken by Jr .Am so happy to get this job completed so promptly and professionally. Foundations are so important to the integrity of our homes I highly recommend RCC!

Called RCC (recommended from a family member) to come and look at a crack in my foundation. Mauro came the next day to provide information and a quote to fix my issue. I found to the quote to be very reasonable (I thought it was going to cost much more). I paid the deposit; RCC took care of the "locate" before the work could commence. Canroy crew came to hand dig and patch my crack in a very professional manner. I have complete faith in the work that was done, and I would have no hesitation on recommending RCC to family or friends. Hopefully I never need this type of work again, but if I do, the only company I would call is RCC.

I am so lucky that I found RCC and hired them as my contractor to fix my basement leaking. I can’t thank Mauro, Roy and his crew enough for doing such an excellent job to help me to find the right choice and save money, more importantly fix the problem from its root cause.

Here is my story: after I found my basement leaking, I consulted another waterproofing company first. The estimator told us the best way was to fix it from inside using a gutter system. In this case we have to tear down the whole finished basement and only redo renovation after they complete the interior waterproofing work. Because he sounded professional with a power point presentation, and also we had no experience on this, we signed up the contract and paid the deposit the second day.

After further research I came across RCC on YouTube. I immediately realized that the best way should be the outside foundation water proofing. It will stop the root cause of leaking. The gutter system didn’t fix the leaking, it just redirects the leaking water to a sump pump to drain the water out.

After contacting RCC and the estimator Mauro came to do the assessment, he firmly recommended the outside foundation water proofing. And the cost is much less than installing the interior gutter system with a sump pump. I signed up immediately and cancelled the project with the first company.

In the past two days, Roy and his crew of six did an excellent job: they were professional, hardworking, patient with all my questions, very friendly, and completed the project to its perfection. My wife and I are super happy with their great work. Thank you thank you and thank you RCC! You are absolutely highly recommended!
