This is my second experience with RCC and highly recommend them. They waterproofed my basement 5 years ago and I have never had problem in these five years so I asked them to waterproof my rental property as well. They are doing the best job with a reasonable price. I dont think any other company can compete with their price.

After noticing a leak in our basement we contacted RCC based on others customers’ reviews.

Mauro was quick to respond and come by for a (free) quote. He was knowledgeable and took the time to answer our questions.

The (locates and) work was promptly scheduled and completed efficiently. Anthony led the crew and was professional and polite. He and his team were neat and organized.

Mauro was contacted to remediate a foundation crack on my house. Ryan and his crew were quickly dispatched to dig an outside trench, patch the crack, and refill the hole with dirt. The crew did a great job showing speed, professionalism and cleanliness. They did a great job, and I would highly recommend them.

We discovered some water entering our basement after a rain storm. Reaching out to RCC for a quotation, Mauro was very quick to respond and was able to immediately identify the issue after inspecting our basement. He offered a very reasonable quotation and was able to help us schedule in the work (even during his vacation) to help expedite the repairs. Mauro quickly came to quote and have a detailed explanation and quote of how the foundation crack would be fixed . The AA jr crew was scheduled quickly compared to other quotes that could not start soon enough and they did a great job and cleaned up perfectly . Very happy and would recommend to anyone because several other companies quoted ridiculously higher costs and didn't seem to have the ability to do the job esp with the tight spacing

Mauro was my consultant and provided a professional, no-pressure consultation with a clear and fair quote for the foundation repair. He thoroughly explained the process and scope of work, which included hand excavation, foundation repair, installing a 4-inch weeping tile system, and protective membrane application.

The crew-KZZ arrived on time, worked diligently, and showed great care in protecting my property. They dug to the specified depth, carefully removed and set aside gravel for reuse, and completed the repair efficiently. After finishing, they cleaned the site thoroughly and left everything neat and tidy.

This review is based on my experience with the pricing consultation and the work done so far. We will have to wait for the next rainstorm to confirm the waterproofing effectiveness. Based on the professionalism and quality demonstrated to date, I feel confident in their work and would recommend RCC Waterproofing.

Left a message with RCC Waterproofing for a free quote and was contacted in 24 hours. Mauro came in the next day and was amazing at explaining what was needed. I was expecting the worst case scenario but he eased my worries and explained an internal drainage system that would work. Later that day I received an email with a contract and applicable information. The work was done as promised 1-2 weeks after the initial visit. The work was done professionally and the Guys were great. Was very impressed with the work and the price! On top of all of that there is a lifetime guarantee!

We recently hired RCC to do waterproofing work on our house. From the very outset I was impressed by the friendly and supportive manner in which I was received by the front desk staff, Rita. I still remember her trying to allay my concerns when she said, “Don’t worry. We have your back.”Mauro, the RCC sales rep came to provide an estimate for the work. I found him to be knowledgeable, personable, and professional. In addition to providing a very detailed document outlining the work to be done he also provided us with a comprehensive brochure which describes the method and materials used by RCC. What we thought was a job which would take more than a week to complete was finished in two days. Team leader, Omar, was supportive and co-operative by leaving neighbours’ properties untouched. The completed work sites were in the end left immaculate. I was pleased with
the honesty and co-operation shown by Omar and Mauro when they
responded to my request to do some follow-up work. Rita was right- RCC does have your back and is committed to customer satisfaction.
When I put in a request for before and after photos of the job. Mauro responded the very next day by e-mailing dozens of photos showing the work done at various stages and from different angles of view. The fact that the work came along with a lifetime (of the house) guarantee was reassuring.

Hired RCC to repair two small cracks in the house foundation. The quote was reasonable given the amount of work involved. The RCC team arrived early in the morning and did not finish the job until late afternoon. They worked extremely diligently, taking great pains to minimize any damage to the surrounding flower bed. They completed the job by cleaning up any debris that was left behind, and restored the foundation back to its original self. Highly recommend. There's a reason why they've been in business for as long as they have (over 100 years!).

Great job repairing our foundation leak. The area around the excavation was left exactly how it was prior to the work. Highly recommend this company.

RCC did some outside waterproofing under my deck in my backyard. Mauro (sales) assured me that I was in good hands. RCC contract stated that they would fix cut joists with joist hangers. They didn't repair the joists so instead they gave me a credit of $300. After calling some contractors, to fix the joists it will cost over $1000. Besides the joists not being repaired, Jessy and crew did a great job. Jessy was professional, he answered all my questions, Jessy and crew did a clean job. We just had a downpour yesterday, and so far, no leaks in the basement.

We just had exterior waterproofing done by RCC. Our sales consultant Mauro was excellent. Anthony Jr and his crew came and despite the heat had the work done and everything cleaned up within 2 days as promised.

I never post reviews but Anthony and crew were so amazing I felt obligated to post this review. I do most of my own renovations so I watched the guys all day and their attention to detail was great. I have used RCC Waterproofing for fixing basement wall water leaks in 2 different houses in the last 30 years and I haven’t regretted it. They continue to provide the best possible service at the best possible price. Most recently, in June 2025, Mauro the salesman gave me an excellent job estimate that I couldn’t refuse; during the at-home inspection, his knowledge and experience of the waterproofing business had me sold. The work crew Keem did a great job in finding the source of the water leak and fixing it, all in a fast and efficient manner.
