The facility is extremely well maintained, clean & secure. The management/owners continually implement more ways to improve the facility as well as improving the experience of renting from them. At Britebox they make you feel like your business matters to them. They will go over and above to provide great customer service and seem to model their business after the customers needs rather than forcing the customer to adapt to their business model. It would be nice if more businesses today made similar efforts to create a great experience for their customers. Based on my experience working with Britebox over the past 4 years, I will definitely recommend them to anyone that asks. They will be my only call if I require storage solutions again in the future!

The move in and move out process was very smooth and easy. Staff were great to deal with. I’d definitely use this facility again in the future!

Amazing staff,friendly and very willing to assist from the first call to unloading into locker. Very impressive facilty. They even gave my grandson who is 3 for a ride in their golf cart. Highly recommend.

I have never actually used the services of Britebox, but I drive by there several times a week and have been impressed by the creativity of someone(s) there. Between the various ads and the corner displays, there is always a sense of fun about the place.

The "Christmas Vacation" theme that pops up every once in awhile is greatly appreciated, along with the current display of UFOs and kraken tentacles. It's just fun!

Between that and the fact that of 333 reviews, almost all are 4 & 5 stars tells me a lot about this place - all good. If I ever need storage, they will be the first place on my list!

I used Britebox for several years. I would not consider any other business except Britebox in Saskatoon for any future storage needs. Clean, well maintained, and everyone was nicely built. The team paid attention to the details even noticing when we did not lock the door correctly.

Ryan at Britebox was a huge help to us getting storage arranged to receive a load of items from our move that arrived a week before we were scheduled to arrive ourselves. The moving company was no help whatsoever, so I was pleased Ryan was so helpful and cooperative.

I had a storage until from 2016 until last Monday. It is THE place in Saskatoon for a storage unit. The 71st Street location is conveniently located and is very secure. The storage units are large and easy to use. The lanes between the various rows is nice and large allowing moving trucks to come and go. I had no problems with mice or any other infestation there. I also had no issues with water damage from rain or snow. The customer service is beyond reproach. The people in the office are always friendly and willing to address any concerns I might have. Compared to other "landlords" they are a place that I would love to live under if allowed haha. If I needed a storage unit again, Britebox is absolutely where I would rent again. I wouldn't consider anyone else. For all your storage needs Britebox is the gold standard.

We have rented a storage unit at the Wanuskewin location since Sept 2023. The units are VERY clean. Access hours are great. And the staff are very helpful, both Liza and Ryan. If you need a storage unit, this is THE place to rent one!!!

During my rental, I made pretty much every possible mistake they warned me about upfront. Every time, they were patient and extremely helpful and went out of their way to help me out. Most of that experience happened about 10 months ago, so i doubt they remember it.
