I am writing this review to express my great gratitude to Investigation Hotline Inc , the gentleman took the call in the middle of night and transfer me to Mr Gabriel Cojocare.
I was in a state of deperate and great anxiety hoping to locate a patient who was very vulnerable, but I am physically in another contienent, far far away.
Thanks to Gabriel, he was compassionate and calm, after listening to my case, (it was already midnight) he acted promptly and gave me the answer I longed for within an hour.
I could contact the patient next morning, weak though, but safe.
No word could express my mixed feelings, been struggling and worrying days and nights, seemed like trapped in 4 walls, no hope, no help, nobody, darkness all around before I talked with Gabriel. But the next hour was another story, now I could see the light and proceed on.
Gabriel, thank you again and again.
I learned a lesson through this experiece (this is my first experience with PI), when face difficult conditions and no help around, look for a professional, talk to him, solution might be just round the corner.

Last but not lease, I have a perception the PI service is expensive that they would ask for sky high service fee knowing people are desperate. I was wrong. The charge is within my limited budget.

This time I must comment on the excellent service I've received from this company called Investigation hotline the gentleman Mr. G. I will not say his full name because I don't know if it's allowed. I have never been helped by anyone so understanding, caring, service oriented, patient and emotionally supportive. He was so gentle he took time with me when I was almost incoherent. He stayed on the phone like a father and gentle coaxed me with that counselling tone and calmness, in his voice I never had to have this kind of service before so I had difficulty stating what I needed done. I called two other places before they were so aggressive and they hang up on me, I was about to give up, then I said one more and I got Mr. G. what a difference Thank you Mr. G This may not be the usual review, but its straight from the heart. The Investigation Hotline Team was not only extremely helpful in the investigation of the affair of one of my family members, but was also an incredible pillar of support throughout the entire process as well. A serious error in judgment on my behalf has put me at risk of ID theft. During a phone call I supplied personal info to someone who I believed was with Revenue Canada. Immediately after I realized I had fallen for the CRA scam. Shame on me!
Since the incident I've been frantically taking steps to fend off the dire repercussions that such a mistake can have. This has included: Filing a police report, Filing a report with the Canada Anti Fraud center, Adding flags to my bank accounts, Putting up Fraud alerts on the 2 main credit bureau's. I've even purchased some Identity theft tracker software to monitor my info.
I contacted Investigation hotline to see if there was any additional measures I could take. The agent applauded me on the steps I had already taken. They also had knowledge about the CRA phone scam itself that helped settle my nerves somewhat. With all the fear and anxiety I've been enduring for the last while it was assuring to speak with someone familiar with the actual risk potential.

I needed an investigator on Sunday Easter Week End. No one cared about the situation except this Company. The investigator was dispatched to the location without minutes. did not care about the Money to be prepaid or secured. The investigator took it personal. He felt of my situation and Specially when it came to my kids issues. My Ex-wife was cheating in a hotel north east of Toronto. He Located her within 1/2 Hour.
This a true story; I never thought Investigator cared about the situation but the money.. This company did not care about the money, they finished the job, send me the invoice and i Paid him more than what he asked for.

Sometimes money does not mean any thing to some one wants to get a load off his back and find the truth about his wife,,,, FOR SURE THIS COMPANY TOOK A HUGE LOAD OFF MY BACK.
