We have had our vehicles rust proofed here for many years. Completely satisfied! We just sold a 12 year old vehicle and once again the observations were what good condition the vehicle was in, no rust. Excellent work, very friendly, courteous staff. They always return our calls after we have left a message. My husband called today for a new vehicle we just purchased and no problem getting an appointment. Would whole heartedly recommend them.

I am business owner who has a large work truck, I spoke with Krown and scheduled an appointment for Family day Holiday as it doesn't interfere with my business. They cancelled this the day before and we re-scheduled for the Saturday at 11:30am. I showed up 10 mins early for the appointment only to find that they had closed early. I had someone follow me to drop off my vehicle so not only my time was wasted, but also theirs. The company was also unresponsive when I left messages asking for them to call me back. 1 star I think is a generous review for this company that lacks professionalism and seems to care little about their customers.
