Mister Muffler

I have been bringing my cars to Monsieur Muffler for a decade now and more the years pass, more I ask different tasks to be done on my car to this garage. Always impeccable works, way cheaper than at my dealer, great reception and very honest owner.

Over the past 11 years I've brought 3 different cars here for service. Always explain things to me in clear language, always give me some options to choose from, and always deliver excellent service.

I have been going to Mister Muffler on Bank (in the Glebe)since I bought a house there almost 15 years ago. Over the years I have brought in a variety of old and new cars and have received excellent service and advice. They have always been honest and up-front with me and on the odd occassion when they don't have the expertise or tools to work on a specific problem, they have provided me a useful recommendation on who can fix the problem. There should be more service providers out there like Don, Colin and Paul!

My car broken down when I stepping on the break while the car is moving. It stalled completely and wouldn't start again, so I towed my car to Mister Muffler on bank street, they said it was the battery, so they fixed it and they said my car is fixed. I picked up my car noticed that when the car is idling, the car is shaking a lot, but I didn't make a big deal out of it thinking it might be just the new battery. Then the car broken down again when I was driving and would not start. Same symptom as last time, so I called them, but they said they have definitely fixed it, now there is some new symptom, they can look at it again and try to get it fixed, but without an engin light on or anything, it's really hard to diagnose what's the problem.

They are booking 6 months out, just so they can screw everyone who bought their cheap oil change vouchers. THIS IS FRAUD.

We took our car here after experiencing a horrible time with Canadian Tire. We dealt directly with the owner at Mister Muffler who was very accommodating and friendly. They were very efficient in the repairs and very reasonable with pricing. I would recommend Mister Muffler for any auto problem, as they actually care about their customers. I have never been so impressed and pleased with an automotive shop as I was with Mister Muffler. We will definitely be going back!
